That's great news, nice that it will get some use rather then sitting on a shelf gathering dust.
I use one with an EBS Fafner. My dream is to have two and drive the Fafner at 2ohms... One day! Someone needs to buy this cab now to stop me wanting it so damn much!
I can't imagine the sort of air a Fafner a two 212's would move, you would need reinforced trousers to stand in front of it
Best cab I have ever owned... Bloody good price as well...
Cheers, sods law says I'll sell it then start playing again and spend forever waiting for another one to come up for sale. I have used it with Hartke, Ashdown and Mark Bass amps & it has always sounded great.

I have hardly played in the last 12 months and although I love this cab I don't really have the room for it as a piece of furniture! Just over £800 new plus I had a cover made for it that cost about £45 so I'm looking for £550.00 It's in excellent condition, no scuffs or scrapes and has only been used in rehearsals, the black paint on the board that the speakers are mounted on show some brown from the wood, it's nothing really but I like to mention it. Stunning looking and sounding cab. As for trades I might be interested in one or two neo high end 1x10's or a Lakland 5 string, see link below. I'm in Sydenham, South London if you want to come ant try it out (quietly ) Technical Specifications Frequency Response 40 - 18k Hz Sensitivity 103 dB Power Rating 600 W RMS Impedance 4 ohms Volume 103 liters Height 61 cm / 24" Width 58 cm / 23" Depth 44 cm / 17" Weight 24 kg / 53 lbs COLLECTION FROM SOUTH LONDON R.
I have taken a look on the web at the various products mentioned so far and - while they all seem to deliver what I need - most have much greater functionality than I need TBH. If that is what is available then fine and I will try and decide which one to buy. However I was wondering if there is a simple plug-and-play option with perhaps little more than basic gain and tone controls (I don't want to play much with tone as I like the tone from my P basses) and an XLR output for the backline? I spotted this DHA model for example which is very utilitarian but maybe does what I need? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/DHA-VT1-Std-Bass-ove...=item48390f60da Has anyone tried one of these? Edit: just seen it needs an external power supply which is not ideal, I prefer a battery powered pedal for convenience.
I have one of these, simple and a nice valve tone but no DI out so probably not what you are looking for.

You could consider a DHA VT1 EQ Bass Drive R.

TRADED Behringer SO400 OC-3 clone £15.00 delivered. All prices include standard Royal Mail 1st class postage. If you need pics - just shout. As for trades I'm after a Boss PS-5 and a CS-1 Cheers R.

Ottimo! I really really like the first tune in the list. Thanks for posting them. R.

I have had a few octavers including a couple of OC-2's I now use an MXR that I really like as you have control over the growl but to be honest it's not worth the extra cash - stick with the excellent OC-2. Pino on Gary Numan's I Assassin or Joan Armatrading's The Shouting Stage are worth a listen. R.

Just been playing with my VT-1 and it gives a great gritty valve tone but judging by that YouTube video the SFT does that old school Ampeg thud better. R.
