I'm trying to cut down on the number of cases cluttering the place up and use Mono M80's and guitar stands instead, if I got a new bass with a case included I'd probably sell it on.

The one's I watched he's playing a Shuker.

Have you tried Dropbox? it can be used for storing anything but you can also make galleries or share links to single images, it's a handy thing to have. I use that and Flickr as well for my 3D and bass pics.

I think we need a 'Pink Basses' thread in the Porn section.

I know people have used the B3 into a power amp, I'd imagine it would work just as well with MS.

The Half Rounds do not taper or have exposed cores, I don't know about the other types of strings they make but assume they are the same.

Had a bit of a chat on e-mail with Dave today, I think we were both supposed to be hard at work not talking bass! he's going to hopefully be installing and wiring up the pick-ups at the weekend, he's came up with an alternative to my idea but using the same concept, each rotary pick-up switch will now be: 1.Off 2.Both Coils Parallel 3.Both Coils Series 4. Single coil We also talked about knobs but I'll keep that conversation private for now

Welcome to Basschat! Some basses have frets the same size as guitars if you do some research, a Jazz bass modelled on a 60's Jazz should be just the ticket. You'd get more value for your money buying secondhand from this here forum
