1. If they are in excellent condition I might be interested in the old Bart pups if you were maybe thinking of selling them separately?
2. I'm up in the West Midlands this weekend and Dave kindly popped over with a mock-up of the body, he had attached an old OLP neck to it so I could get an idea on the size, balance and look of the design in the flesh, I think it's going to be a thing of beauty, the small-ish body had a great feel and looked really nice. I'm quite excited
3. 21.5 frets the half is because of the wavy end to the neck.
4. That's a very odd listing indeed, why bother? maybe just to piss people off? he surely couldn't expect anyone to buy it.
5. Great review, thanks Dan. Hopefully they will be available soon.
6. Alan bought some Hipshot tuners from me, it was a very smooth transaction. Thanks R.
7. Nice tone indeed and some great playing. How bendy is that blokes thumb though!!!
8. I have a P bass pick-up cover I no longer need as I managed to get some genuine period items, it's a Madison lightly aged one, still in the sealed plastic bag with a couple of suitably aged screws. £12.00 including UK mainland postage.
9. I suffer from this sometimes, when I first start playing at a rehearsal I don't turn the amp up loud enough and end up playing too hard to compete with the rest of the band and get sore fingers, I now try and make sure the amp is up to 11 (not literally) to start with even if I have to turn down a bit later as it saves my fingers.
10.
I also loved the wooden battery cover held in with magnets which works really well.
Now that I do like the sound of, I might have to borrow that concept for my bass build much better then a horrible plastic battery box or using screws that will eventually be a loose fit.
11. Love the inlay and the whole recessed area on the headstock where the name is carved, some nice touches.

13. Vlado bought my Mark Bass F500 from me, it was a very smooth transaction and Vlado is an absolute joy to deal with.
14. Cheers, it's going to have quite curved edges that is a bit SR-ish to, I hope it doesn't end up looking too much like one though.
15. Thanks, it's a very nice piece of Ash, it's almost a shame to hide it under the Buckeye.
16. I have Half Wound Status Hot Wires on my SR5, Custom Fretless thingy and a Road Worn Jazz, as you can tell I'm rather fond of them
17. After some discussion with Dave recently I've slightly changed the body shape, taking 10mm of the bottom bulge and making the top horn slightly fatter so it sits better with the bottom one. Here's Dave's drawing.
18. Ah Kidderminster - My Grandfather lives outside of Bewdley which is not a million miles away. Welcome aboard.

20. I'm quite tempted to give an Audere a try, the good thing is at the end of the day they are easily swapped out for something else if I don't get on with it.
