anything else you might be interested in trading / part-trading this for?
To be honest I'm trying to clear some space so would rather sell outright, the only things over and above what is listed above I can think of is a MM Sterling 5 or maybe a G&L Tribute L2500.

I have a OLP MM5, it's passive and doesn't have the SR growl but I really like it as it plays a lot like a SR5 but with a less aggressive more traditional sound, I picked mine up secondhand on here to leave at a relatives so I could practice there without having to lug a bass backwards and forwards and was amazed at how good it looks and it plays. The edges of the body aren't as smooth.

Not a lot to report on this at the moment but I did pick up a Wizard PJ set of pick-ups which will be a lot better then the original one's I supplied to Lawrence.

Trying to make some room and found this in a cupboard it's a very well padded genuine Roscoe Guitars gig bag, in excellent condition, I can't find a price for these on the internet as I guess they only come with a new Roscoe, if anyone knows what they cost new then feel free to PM me, I doubt they are cheap. £45.00 delivered in the UK.

Due to running out of space, GAS and a love of MM basses I'm putting my 2009 Overwater Perception is up for sale. 35" scale 17 mm string spacing Walnut core with European maple back and front facings. Ebony fingerboard. Individual bridge pieces. This started out life as a fretless but with the fact that I wasn't sure I'd always want it that way I had lines and side dots between the frets, as predicted I didn't use it much as I'm pretty rubbish at fretless so I had Dave (Nugget) at Fire Creek Guitars replace the nut and fret it. it's a fantastic fretted bass but my preference is for 34" scale length so always end up playing my SR5. The non standard string spacing, facing on the back of the body, the bridge and I think the ebony on the neck were all extra cost items so this would cost a small fortune to order, it's in excellent like new condition and has only been played for a few hours even though it's a few years old. I'd say the Diamond has a 'character' as in it changes your tone a bit, to my ears for the better, a little added warmth and punch, the EBS does the job of compression very well and leaves your tone alone, if you have your tone nailed down then you might not want a compressor doing anything more then taming the peaks. It's so hard trying to describe a compressor, ideally you need to try one, not sure who stocks them in the UK, I picked mine up secondhand. I think one compressor is enough but if you can afford it keep the EBS until you know the Diamond is for you.
Why? Interested to know more about this one!
I'm not an expert on compression far from it but after trying a few different ones over the years the Diamond suits me best so far, it's does the job of smoothing out my levels a bit but more importantly (for me) it adds a bit of punch to my sound, I have an EBS I used it for ages and it's excellent at it's job and very transparent which some people like. Here's a link to an earlier thread about the Diamond started by Pete Academy who bought one in the end, you could PM him and see how he's getting on with it. I'd like to try an MXR at some point, it's more like a rack compressor in a pedal with a proper meter.
I seem to remember these being really good at 'string' sounds (amongst many others). Nice keyboard, good luck with the sale.
Cheers, I remember it doing nice crisp sounds to, plus it had a decent digital piano with added strings, a setting I really liked, it's good as a MIDI controller for software synths or MIDI note input.

I'm thinking of having a go at learning a little piano, I have a Kawai K1 synth at the back of the cupboard from the days of messing about at electronic music, although it's velocity sensitive it's not weighted like a piano so I thought I might upgrade to something that is and wondered if there is any interest in my old Kawai, it's not been used in years but as far as I remember it's in very good condition, all working and with the original power supply, I'll dig it out, test and photograph it if there is any interest at all.
