After sonic blue I reckon shell pink is my next fave colour... got to love the matching head.... Makes me want to go ahead and refin my 62... too far gone though...grrr.
9. For £3000 I'd save my money and get a new one... or save my money and get a RoadWorn - both lovely basses.

12. You put a badass on it?.. hope you kept the orig.
13. Dean here bought a stack knob set from them... they seem okay. Bit pricey maybes (£50 for your covers) but looks the real deal.
14. Hi Andy... congrats on your score... super. 1. Prob best to get a plastic one cheap of the bay. 2. I got a set from AllParts, £13.00, same as fender. 3. Prob easier to track down a set of 70s machines off the bay http://www.ebay.co.u...=item5650a6d796 Looking forward to the piccys... Bob
15. Really like the Stealth... I reckon I could go for two strings!
16. I have a nineties Jap Squier 'Silver Series' P bass... is it a JV?
17. This thread doesn't do my GAS any good at all!
18. Out of the three I'd have a look at the FSR and the Classic... try them.
19. They look quite nice... seen a few reviews, all good.
20. Rather gorgeous... I'd have to put some vintage reverse machines and covers on it. That finish really sings with rounds - even unplugged.
21. Yes ditto... tidy playing. Super.
22. Oh dear... disappointed to find out that he uses cheapo components and bits... Nash gets a lot of lurve at the other place (over the pond). Set on a bravewood though, John's stuff is top notch, even makes his own tort guards.
23. Love the stacked knobs and tort... may I ask where you got the knobs/plate from? I'd like to add them on my next refit.
24. Lets have a lookie then.

Covers on a P.

I fitted them, yes they do get in the way. The pup cover is right over the sweet spot. I like the look though.
