    "Tug bar" users ?

    I have one on my P just for the vintage vibe... I think they only work over the E string as a thumbrest, although a friend of mine has just started to use his as a tugbar and really gets on with it... horses for courses I suppose. I use ye old floating thumb so I'm not bothered.

As the bass now resides in the shop. I can say it's very nice, plays like a dream ( I would say that of course!) It was my wal substitute and is a very reluctant sale. Bob
