Thanks Jimbob, no, there's no obstruction and the poles are flush with the winding board! I wonder if the poles can move up 🤔

I'm thinking of selling a set of SD Quarter Pounders. What's holding me back is looking at the cover of the J pickup the poles are set in a bit whereras the P are flush! There's nothing to stop the winding going right in. Anyone have thoughts on this. It seems a bit odd but may be normal??

Price drop! £275. Immaculate condition with box. Bought from Reverb used. Only used in band practise. I like it and it's fairly easy to use loud and versatile with great features. Very light weight with that convenient built in handle. One of the best D class hybrid amps I've used. The fan does kick in occasionally but it's not a big problem. It's doing what it's supposed to do. Grab a bargain. Postage cost extra but will be reasonable. Cheers

Slightly older version of this classic Ibanez design, 2015 I think. Immaculate condition without any marks. Nicely set up. 24 fret neck. Active controls are, volume, pickup pan, bass mid and treble boost or cut with centre notches. CAP covered pickups provide great tone. The hardware is very good. Gun metal grey colour. Thin body so very lightweight. Plus delivery unless you're close.

Price drop, £225. 1980's Aria Pro II RSB Deluxe. Fair condition for its age. Plays well. New strings. Sounds pretty good too. P J pickups. Passive controls, with concentric Vol/Tone, 3 way selector and coil tap switches. They don't make them like this anymore!! Black with gold hardware. Serial No5042038 No, it wasn't John Taylor's 😊

What they said. The AirLine UHF Bass Guitar System eliminates body packs with a tiny micro transmitter that plugs right into your bass guitar. The AP1B, the system's receiver, is designed to easily integrate into an effect pedal setup and features a shape circuitry yielding a fat, full bottom end never before heard in a wireless system for bass. The revolutionary AirLine "plug-in" AG1 transmitter is designed for traditional end-mount inputs. Less than half the size of conventional body packs, this miniaturized transmitter runs on a tiny triple-A battery with 14 hours of battery life. It features an array of on-board controls: A Power On/Off and Mute switch, red/green LED for Power On/Off, a Peak LED and an Input Level control for different pickups. And UHF (Ultra High Frequency) means clearer frequencies with less interference. Designed for use with your compact effect pedals, the APB1 pedal receiver provides reception you can always depend on. It features a 1/4-inch output jack, Power switch, Peak LED and a Volume control. You can use a 9-volt battery or an AC adapter to power the receiver and when you unplug the unit, the battery is disabled to conserve power. Includes power supply. No box. Plus postage

Awesome bass from the 90's. I had one from new ( about £700 then) and they are so much better than the modern mid price range imo. Smooth curves and slender painted neck. Very light at 7lbs I found this in a local advert. It had been under the bed for a long time. The electronics where shot so I installed the EMG set (controls are right handed). Cleaned it up and set up so plays as good as new. Grab a classic bass for a little money. Pick up preferred but will consider posting.

Warwick Corvette, Left handed. 1998 German made. Ash body, Ovangkol neck, wenge fretboard. I believe the pickups are Nordstrand. Wooden control cavity cover (Unusual but it has a Warwick sales sticker on it so it might be custom addition, not sure). Fairly recent strings. For it's age this bass is fabulous. Frets in good condition. Set up nicely and has a nice warm tone with treble available for your taste. Controls are volume, blend and tone. There are marks in the grain that I'm sure could be sorted out. Overall a very nice bass and now rare for lefties. Grab a bargain. Comes with a Warwick gig bag.

Nice pint tho 😄

I've got a Player Jazz. I was unimpressed with the pickups so I've swapped them and now it's come to life!

Stunning looking bass from Sire this M2 is the lower end market but with all the features of the more expensive version. Same controls, Vol, overall tone stack knob. Pickup blend, treble, Mid freq and boost/cut stack and bass. Massive humbuckers giving plenty of punch. Mahogany body with an open pore finish and that edge stripe gives it a quality look. Interesting shape, nice curves. Very slim neck and not heavy. Plus delivery. Reduced price to £150. Thanks for looking

Gone to Ebay but no case Ok, no takers! I'll consider trades but I'm mainly interested in a Fender J or P. Mex or Jap. Gorgeous looking instrument and also a pleasure to play with its slim neck. Plenty of eq to choose from, from booming lows, from the Tone Pump junior circuit, to piercing highs. Pickups have individual volume knobs. It has the Spector curved back. 2 SSD inc humbucking pickups. I wanted one of these for a while but since they've gone out of production they are hard to find. I got this in January this year and it was B stock but there isn't a thing wrong with it. Used mainly in rehearsals it hasn't had much life. I'll include a Hiscox case but plus delivery probably around £25 insured. Reason for selling so soon... I have a US jazz and I can't seem to leave it behind so from here on I'm sticking with that. Thanks for looking.
