1. I've got a new Corvette Standard and there is definately a difference in the feel compared to my old Thumb. Better for those used to a slimmer neck I think
 2. The amp is now in a rack case I tried to disguise it as a new kitchen appliance but the missus saw through me!
 3.
Hiya, I've decided to operate in a 'one in one out' kind of way. So this is sadly up for grabs.... PS. the plastic protective sheeting cover has since been taken off scratchplate (Jan '08) ! It's a 2007 Eastwood EEB-1 LH based on the classic 60's Ampeg Scroll bass. This was specially imported for me. It's in A1 condition, is well built, plays brilliantly, sounds excellent and gets lots of positive comments ! I bought this as it's the closest I'll (a southpaw) ever get to the real thing. Full Eastwood details - here. I'm looking for £325 ono - collected, as i've only got the original cardboard box it came in. Ta !
Interesting bass. Didn't Boz Burrell ( Bad Co.) have one of these or an original model
 4. Hi Jeroen. I also read your posts on Arnies site. Welcome
 5.
The Thumb went, but can confirm not to me.
Hi all, the Thumb went to a guy in Brentford. I was amazed that nobody bid on it until his winning. Ce la vie or something like that. Looking forward to something new.....
 6.
Off to York on Wednesday and Thursday, so can anyone recommend a pub that has live bands on in York centre? As an aside I'll be looking for somewhere to stop off for a pub lunch on the way into York (from the North) so anywhere that does decent grub?
My mates band play the Stone Roses bar, its on King Street. I think its a Thursday gig.
 7.
Just out of curiousity, if I were to buy a left handed bass and string it right handed, would it make much difference tonality-wise?
Sacrebleu!!
 8. Do you still have this bass Lemoley?
