    Something I have been taking in to mind, my playing style does involve strumming so it could be a hinderance, but if I dont like it and take it off, a new scratchplate would conceal the screw holes anyway.

  3. To get ferrules out of the headstock without causing any damage.

    Im finally giving the Squier VM a hardware overhaul (going black instead of chrome.) Just started the dismantling stage and I have no idea what is the best way to remove ferrules.

    Could I have some tips and advice please and thanks. :)

    Same question, looking for some advice on the Schecter. I have wild ideas of fitting a Ricky neck P-up.

  5. Decided to have a look into the electronics of the new schecter diamond 004 I have acquired and it seems the bridge grounding wire isnt attached to any pots or anything, this concerns me. Unless theres something I dont know about active basses, I need to know where I can solder it, if I need to that is.

  7. Im GASing for a Fender classic 70's jazz or a Schecter and so I have decided to start shipping some gear in order to fund it.

    Bought for £190 not so long back, it hasnt seen much use so dont be scared of any cracks or dings.

    Lookingfor £140+ P&P considering It has seen little use.

    Also selling:

    My beloved Epiphone T-bird IV still as new from 2007 with hard case im asking GONE
    and possibly a Tanglewood Oddysey elecro acoustic bought for £160 last year but wanting £120 due to a nick in the laquer.
