Alder Body with Birdseye Maple neck and Brazilian Rosewood board (made from a 100 year old Victorian banister!) PJ pickups with vol, vol, tone config plus coil tap on push pull knob.     Third transaction with Ian, as I handed over a Rob Allen bass at a service station on the M40! As before, quick decision, quick payment and flexible arrangements about meeting up. it’s always a pleasure to meet and trade with Ian, expect it won’t be our last transaction….. P

Birdseye maple neck with Macassar ‘striped’ ebony fretboard. The bass is in great condition and has that wonderful Rob Allen tone. I’m based in Pinner (HA5) close to Pinner Tube station.     Just bought a set of strings from brucegill, in what was an easy, straightforward transaction. Though must admit it would have been even easier had I given Bruce my correct post code!! With good comms and packaging, I’m happy to recommend Bruce to any Basschatter. P
