3. Realise it's not a little cash...so it's a, "if £2K is too much but i really want it but I only have... and I could trade this...." type of BUMP... Frozen pipe & Central heating sorted... fire close to working... Bill due type anxiety forces meek mannered fat man to sell his soul type provocation.... 11. Hi there, if this is the one that came from 'The Beeps' I've played it and it's a dream... was thinking of it at the time as I'd had one in the early 90's and loved it then... IMHO these are way ahead of the newer ones. Good luck. Andy
12. Hi there, 1st off... sorry but not in the market.. however... used these plenty, especially the originals; i understand the re-issues are up there with the originals in terms of construction and components.... that being the case YAHOO there is no more from 200W.... perioid... don't care about design , technology etc... if you just want to be LOUDER.. no better way of doing it... Good luck with the sale Andy
13. It doesn't really matter when it's what appears that makes it all so worth while... on my build (Angel 5 string F/Less 34") Bernie was good enough to send pix occasionally; may be worth an ask to make the time easier... It 's worth mentioning (i think) that Bernie's always been great at ad hoc changes/updates as well as any 'noodling' we want done after market... all of this needs fitted in somewhere and i guess shows etc add to the 'elasticity'. All i can say is you made the right move and you'll love it when it arrives... Merry Christmas. Smug owner in possesion.... Andy
14. Have played this recently... absolutely knockout, lowish, buzz free action and the neck is really comfy, easy to play for hours... something to keep one amused whilst we wait for the snow to melt... Andy
15.
Guys.... just bought Bassadders's Markbass CMD151p so my 3 month old Bass cube is up for grabs..... Punches well above it's 30W in my opinion and sounds great for home practice, loads of great build in tones available Bargain..... £75 collected from Sunderland Mark
I have one of these... totally agree wit it punching above its weight... I use it at rehearsals with two acoustics, an electric and basic kit and it does fine as long as the drummer doesn't get silly... Fab value at the price.
16. Had a listen to this the other day with Andy's V4... fabulous cab ... but... Sk8 is unfortunately right... with a big tube head this is an absolutely killer combination and if you hear this you are DOOOOMMMMEED.. luckily you're doomed to the bass sound from hell.... buy now... stop in front of the wife... tilt your chin forward and say... bought an Ampeg 810... take your best shot!!!
17. Friday... day 'x' of our epic journey... today we shall mostly have a bump... feel free to make an offer...
18. Saturday evening nudge from the depths... you could always make me an offer... might say yes... if it was critical may include a Hiscox LiteFlite; depending on the offer... Andy
