  1. Thanks to all for the flurry of trade and part-ex offers, some of them were really quite tempting too... But alas, I really do need to sell this, however, I 'may' be tempted by a deal that gives me £2k cash plus a bass or EUB, so do try me, but don't be offended if I say no.

  2. It certainly doesn't look modern, but it does look like it was built to last. We know Berg make stunning DSP for power amps due to the mind blowingly good powered cabs they have out there, so I have high hopes for how this will perform. Looking forward to giving one a whirl.

  3. LeFay are possibly my favourite bass maker on the planet where cosmetics are concerned, and make some truly stunning basses. The Remington Steele is probably my fav' bass of all time. This is a gorgeous example too, and the finish is great IMO.

Looks good, though theres some serious high end diffusion, and pretty much no bass trapping going off, so while the sound is very tight, I'd be very surprised if your listening experience is not a little inaccurate. Do you not get standing waves building up in the corners? Or is bass trapping part 2?

A room has more than 4 corners though - There are the lengths where the wall meets the floor, and the ceiling. Often standing waves are worse along the top and bottom of the rear wall than they are in the corners. Obviously, the room may be fine without them, but given it's shape, and top end treatment, I imagine it'd benefit.
