  1. Nice board! Have you tried the DMC Micro preset editor site? You can name your presets up to 8 characters if you have the v2 firmware. Really helpful. Here's mine
  2. Thank you for this! I've just got the C4 and absolutely love it! Have it early in my chain. I actually placed it after my OC-2 which is the first in my chain. Didn't want to let go of the OC-2 sound so I can focus on alot of modulation, filters and more experimental ambient presets that I need instead of filling all slots and going through alot. The pedal is absolutely killer!
  3. Current iteration. Added the C4 and a midi controller in my chain
  4. I see, I'll definitely consider this. Might also get the disaster area micro so I can easily switch presets. So much I can do with the tones I'm after apart from synth related stuff
  5. Just wanted to get insights from those who have a C4 synth, where do you place it in your signal chain? I've seen people put it before compressors and what not. Just looking for ideas. Planning to to get a C4 synth to replace my proton. My current rig goes bass>tuner>compressor>oc-2>proton>b7k ultra>out. What would be the ideal chain if I were to get the C4 Synth?
  6. I just decided to stick to my bare essentials. I come from a metro 16 and always find ways to fill in missing slots haha Also, it's easier to carry for me since I don't have a car yet
  7. Loving my small board ❤️ Printed a sticker I designed for my DIY pick tin and filled up the empty space under the Pitchblack X mini. Decided to move on from the Strobo as it takes too much space
  8. My 2023 board update. Went from Metro 16 to Mono lite. Replaced my Tone Hammer, Guma Antique Drive and MXR Vintage Bass Octave to a B7K ultra, OC-2 and a Proton V2. No regrets! Also explored putting my compressor before the DI which is last in my chain and the octaver and filtered signal is more responsive to my style of playing. I usually put the compressor right after the tuner then octaver and filter. Love what this thing sounds!
  9. send payment details please. I'll get it! edit: aw Didn't make it ='(
  10. It's a sunset vertical fade inspired by Justin Raines Saratoga finish. It's a 27" scale mini jazz bass by Elegee Custom Guitars from the Philippines. I had it specifically made so I can pass it on to my future kid 😃 should he/she have interest in the lowend. Mean time I get to enjoy it for now lol Here is a full body pic along with my main bass 😃
  11. Thanks everyone! Here is my micro board. Bought a 1spot 9V adapter and a mooer 2 way daisy chain. Everything is working perfectly. Went with the Dáddario tuner instead for a more compact look. I used a pedaltrain booster 2
  12. Thanks for this info mate!! Hoping to sell my tonehammer soon so I can buy this if this is still available
  13. Thanks mate! That's what I needed to know. Won't be introducing a digital device anytime though. Just want to build a micro board that has a tuner and a preamp as a grab and go board.
  14. Is it okay to just daisy chain 2 pedals or better off buying small psu bricks like ernie ball volt or cioks dc4? I'm putting together a microboard setup with the following: TC spectradrive and a polytune 3. Will mount it on pedaltrain pedal booster 2. Any brands you'd recommend if daisy chaining would suffice? Will the truetone be okay or? Truetone NW1-B - 1 SPOT Series - 9v pedal power supply https://amzn.eu/d/1tgTI8I Would love to hear your thoughts Cheers!
  15. And here's some slap happy groove Slap Happy Chadu.mp4
  16. Here's a short demo and noob video editing. What a fine instrument! *wear earhphoes Fodera Short Demo.mp4
  17. He's my virtual friend John Oz! Amazing guy!
  18. Indeed! Don't really know what they hate about it, to each his own I guess. I'm just happy with my new bass and no regrets . I've owned a couple of basses in my journey: Fender jazz(mexico, japan), Squier, Yamaha. I can say this is the one for me. Hopefully no more new basses lol Planning to build a nano board for this one. Probably a nice compressor, an octaver and drive pedal.
  19. Thanks mate! Time to wrap it up so I can open something on boxing day :D
  20. I put it back to the hardcase again, I want something to open for Christmas lol Thinking of assembling a compact nano board for this
  21. What a surreal moment. 19 years ago I remember watching a DVD of Bela Fleck and the Flecktones where I first saw Victor Wooten play his version of Amazing Grace. He was my first bass hero and he played this unique shaped bass that I fell in love with. Never in my wildest dreams did I think of holding one, and now I finally got the chance to own this brilliant Fodera Monarch 4 Standard ❤️ What a marvelous piece of art and a beautiful sounding instrument.
  22. Breaking the altoids tin! lol should be happy tones but this is the only tin I found for my taste. Cheers mate!
  23. Thanks mate! Awesome sound and stunning visual is always a brilliant pedalboard combo for me. I guess it's the graphic designer in me that eyed an aesthetic and organized look for the board I planned 😃 Cheers!
