https://flic.kr/s/aHsksEdAnH For sale and possibly trade: Fender Jazz Bass USA 1976, ash body, maple neck, pearl blocks, white binding. Body finished in transparent blonde - refinished by Marty Bell in 1999 - one of the best refinishers, he uses thinner lacquers so the sound could be better than with the original thick lacquer. Pickups are Seymour Duncan SJB1 from the 90's and the electronics are original. There is a small crack on the neck near the first fret, no impact on the playability, the neck is stable and the truss rod adjusts freely. The action is medium/low with a little bit of fret buzz here and there as expected on an instrument of this vintage. The playing is comfortable. I have had the bass set up and fretstoned at the Gallery in Camden. Weight - 3,8 kg - 8,4 lb Sound sample - https://www.youtube....eature=youtu.be Bass is located in Woodbridge, Suffolk but I often travel for gigs so could potentially meet elsewhere. The bass is a great player and an absolute beauty to behold and truly deserves to be played. Offering for sale or trade because I fancy something a little more modern - Sadowsky, Mike Lull, Fender CS etc. - try me! Any prospective buyer is very welcome to come over and try the bass out. Alternatively I am happy to ship within the EU. I just sold my Bassix EUB to Simon which was a very pleasant process. He was friendly, responded to messages quickly and collected the bass promptly with no fuss.

Bassix Folding EUB - London - SOLD

Hello! Due to upgrade, my folding Bassix bass is up for sale. It plays well, sounds good and folds up in moments into a guitar gig bag (included). Bought from a fellow BCer a couple of years ago and it has served me well. Condition wise it is 'played' but everything works as expected. I'd consider a swap with a fretless electric bass of similar value, preferably of the precision or jazz persuasion! Thanks, Jonathan
