5. I have a mid-late 80's Korean Squier Jazz which I've owned from new. Its a fantastic bass. It endured at least two years on the road, literally thrown about in the back of a van without so much as a gig bag. I treat it with much more respect now and it sill delivers. Can't comment on the later models though.
6.
OK, since you asked here's my 61P in Olympic White or at least it was once. Same age as me, sounds awesome, very proud to own her.
Thats bang out of order

9. I was under the impression that The Thumper was the way to go but after a conversation with Andy, he assured me that the Trads would fit the bill, and he was right! I'm sure you'll be really happy with them.
10. If you like the sound of the present strings and they aren't knackered them leave them on, thats what I do. Takes about a month for strings to break in for me.
11. I have a Trad in my mid 70's P. Lovely woody tone, plenty of output, nice Andy Rourke tone when played with a pick. Just the ticket for what I was looking for.
12. Looks all there to me. Awesome looking bass.
13. Ive got a Trad on my P, plenty of output, cracking tone
14. I recently bought a set of Dunlop nickels (45-105) for my P bass. Really happy with them, they settle down pretty quickly and a nice tension. Pretty cheap too. Worth checking out.
15. You could achieve between £800 - £1,000 if the right buyer came along. Nice looking bass.
16. Lovely collection, lovin the blue P.

21. There is a Light by The Smiths, arguably one of the most beautiful songs ever written but I'm sure Rourkey causes at lease two fluffs at 0.11 and 2.07. For god sake if you love this song, ignore this as it will drive you insane!
22. I have the Trad in my Precision. Plenty of output and delivers the lovely even woody tone that I just love. Andy very helpful.
23. Got a dead set of Elites on my Precision, sounds bloody great, got a nice Andy Rourke, Martyn P. Casey tone. Am going to go for a set of nickel lowriders next time to see what the fuss is about.
