Just taken delivery of some Yamaha PA speakers from John and they are the dogs dangly bits. Great price and great packaging.

Minotaur Bass straps are what I use and they are the dogs dingly dangly bits. Fairly pricey mind (£40ish) about 4" wide and 60" long.

Studiospares 40db in line attenuator about five GBP, mine (and I believe everybody elses) is exactly the same. If I knew how to put up a link I would but I'm as thick as a whale omelette when it comes to computers.
