I got it on Ebay. Sorry for the delay in replying BTW, I've not been well.
Hope you're feeling better dude! That's a hell of a find by the way! I've just paid 480 for a Japanese jazzmaster, but it's sunburst rather than the funky colour you've got. I may consider a refinish!
I paid £460.00 for it secondhand. It's an MIJ one & it's really nice.
Where did you find it?? Sorry for all the questions bud, it's just that I have major GAS at the moment and I ain't having much luck finding one second hand!
Thanks. I saw it & just had to buy it.
How much did it cost? I'm eyeing up a Jazzmaster at the moment!
I recently received a custom ordered Sandberg and it is my first. I ordered a dead posh top wood, swamp ash body for lightness and a couple of other options, so I guess you could call it slightly eye wateringly expensive. However, it is the lightest bass I have ever touched, even lighter than some guitars, and yet no neck dive. How can that be? Also the build quality is unbelievable, and the sound is like butter melting on my senses. I reckon you get what you pay for with these guys!
Picture!!!

Absolute beast setup in a very small package. I've made the shocking decision to switch up my bass gear for a guitar rig because I'm just not using it and have no time for a band. Poor form I know. If you have a low wattage valve guitar amp, I'd be interested in a trade. Hit me! Reidmar details from EBS website..... I've only just got my hands on this beauty. But sadly, I've come to the realisation that I'm just not going to be doing any live music or even any projects involving collaboration with anyone. My work life is insane, so I'm just not getting the time I thought I would have to work on putting a new band together. So as much as it pains me to do so, I'd prefer that someone gets some use out of this. It's an early 60's style jazz, so it has the stacked pots. It's a beautiful deep green sort of colour (I asked for Mark to make it the same colour as the green from the flag of Mexico) with medium relicing. It's got a matching headstock and a beautiful bound neck with block inlays. This thing really is gorgeous. I've paid for optional extras from Mark, this came in at around £1200, so you can get a 2 month old bass in mint condition without the wait. Cash price £850. I'm more looking to trade this for an electric guitar. I can't be without something to play on when I am actually at home and I've always been more inclined to noodle on an electric rather than a bass. If someone had a PRS that they'd be interested in swapping, please get in touch and we can definitely work something out. I'd also be interested in Gibsons, less interested in Fenders, but if you've got a stunning Telecaster then maybe we can work something out. Please note that the green is deeper than it appears in the majority of these pics. The pic where you see the amp (also for sale/trade) is a better representation.
Sandberg? German hand-made (well, hand finished?) quality for Fender pricing! I'd been a pure Fender man until I tried a Sandberg at Bass Direct, couldn't leave without it!! Very much considering buying another!!
This. Thread can be closed now surely?

It's me Limelight! 60s jazz style, paid extra for matching headstock, blocks and binding. The colour is the same green from the Mexican flag. It sounds as good as it looks
