First impressions lead me to believe that one of these would be the ultimate, flexible, portable cab solution, but we'll see! That's a temporary solution... I have a more permanent Velcro solution in the offing. The stand is a Stagg 14707 and can be got at a good price from Amazon: https://www.amazon.c...r/dp/B000YL952E It's small enough for a One10 but I've also had a Fender Rumble 500 on it with no problems.
Cheers dude

Yup, it serpently is Dave Actually, last week we had snow, sleet, rain, thunder, lightning and frosts (as I'm sure you did!). Today it went tropical . Glad you've enjoyed that fabulous Berg. One thing's for sure, at my age, I'm not going to argue with anybody who can lift a Berg HT322 All the best Dave.

Just completed a transaction with Matt. Yet again another wonderful example of one of the great folks on Basschat. A pleasure to deal with. Decisive, did what he said he's do, when he said he'd do it. Lovely bloke, fully recommended, deal with confidence folks. Matt, don't wind it up too much in the house, your plaster will suffer Many thanks fella.

The following American Deluxe ran from about 1998 to 2008 I THINK (don't quote me on the dates!) http://se-server.ethz.ch/Staff/af/Fender_Deluxe_Bass_Specs.html

See, I would never have thought to hang the GK feet over the front of the cab. Bit of a simple genius solution. Discreet, please name the cab stand you are using . Lovin' that red P.

2008 Lakland Skyline Bob Glaub, 2008, Korean, before they switched to Indonesia. Now called 44-64 since they stopped the signature model. The more eagle eyed will note this is Peety's from a few weeks back. Since then it's had new strings, full pro set-up and now sports a large, 20mm padded gigbag. Hence I'm asking a bit more. This is the Skyline version, the US versions are way north of £2000. https://www.lakland.com/44-64.htm This particular bass is white and weighs 9lb 2oz. It was refinished by the legendary Dave Wilson of Haltwhistle. The headstock was refinned to match. He also made the 'plate. White is not a colour option on the Skyline version. One chip below 'plate some difficult and hard to notice "certain light " scratches. Wide nut width but the neck is shallow front to back so it's a nice neck to play. Gig bag included, recent new strings and luthier service. Extra £20 UK courier. Selling as just too many basses (and yet another recent impulse buy . Feedback linked below, any trial in Wigan welcome. Thanks for looking, Karl.
Do you have an opinion, Karlfer?
Sorry stevie. I do. Well. regarding your post I do (but others as well). My reading of your post was that it had a lot of assumptions about what goes on in people's mind's. Today I went to the Crematorium in Leeds to say goodbye to a friend from day 1 in primary school in Sept 63. Perhaps that was rather on my mind when I was thinking is all this really about another plywood box that makes a noise. And that isn't exclusively aimed at your post, your's just happened to be in the firing line at the time.
It's interesting how this term gets used in a passive/aggressive way on every BF thread. It doesn't get used anywhere else on Basschat as far as I can tell. So you can draw your own conclusions on that. You'll find it on page one of this thread, in post 13. It seems to be a way of stopping any balanced discussion before it can even start. The following answers warwickhunt's question quite nicely (http://www.theporchv...is-of-the-devil). So here are 5 Reasons that people who call others ‘haters’ are also doing the hating.

When a Passive-Aggressive Hater calls another a ‘hater’ they are implying that the ‘hater’ is narrow-minded, inflexible, ignorant, uninformed, and well, a ‘hater’! This is nothing short of immature name-calling. What is the hoped for outcome in making such declarations? Most likely to discredit or shame the other person so that the PAH will feel as if they have ‘won’ an argument that the other person wasn’t even aware was taking place.
When a Passive-Aggressive Hater calls another a ‘hater’ they are saying that the ‘hater’ is unable to have an opinion that varies from their (perceived) more superior opinion. This is the epitome of self-righteousness. How dare someone else think differently than me? I'm practically an expert on this topic. Don’t they know how many blogs and articles I have 'liked' and shared?
When a PAH calls another a ‘hater’ they are unapologetically declaring that the ‘hater’ would change their tune if they were only as enlightened as the PAH, or as privileged, or as experienced, or as motivated, or if they possessed the God-like qualities that the PAH does. This goes hand-in-hand with self-righteousness. But there is more to this… (Read with the best hoity-toity voice you can muster) Oh, if only those ‘haters’ would have read the book I have read, or the online posts…tsk…tsk…they would understand. Poor creatures. I will help by posting pictures and passive-aggressive hashtags. Then they will all see the error of their way, declare my opinion to be superior, and join me on my quest for perfection.
PAH’s that call others ‘haters’ are revealing a huge insecurity in their life and in the decisions that they make. This is little more than projecting a self-hate. Why else would someone want to publicly declare someone a ‘hater’ just because they don’t agree with, support, or ride the same band-wagon that the PAH does? This public shaming that the PAH is trying to accomplish is only shining a big ugly spotlight on their deep-seated insecurities and buried-deep-down questioning of their latest decision (fad or otherwise).
PAH’s use social media to say like a kid on the playground with a giant ice cream cone, “nanny-nanny-boo-boo” to anyone they have declared to be a ‘hater’ by posting unsolicited progress reports of how awesome and popular their life/opinion is. I’ll show them! Those ‘haters’ will regret ever questioning my choices, motives, and decisions. I will post every aspect of my mundane life and others will be so jealous!

In your opinion

One of these chaps TEC AMP Puma 900 Tec Amp Bass Amplification::, class D, lightweight :: Basses, Amps,:: For sale, UK, EU, Bassdirect, On offer, EU, Warwick Approximately 18 months old in excellent condition. Loads of info on Basschat (esp in gear forum) plus TB and general internet. Thomas Eich left TecAmp and now has EICH amps. His version of this is £700 new including gigbag (Bass Direct). Stupid loud but you don't need that. The head room is always nice though. £450 collected from Wigan (or meet up within 30 miles) . £470 UK insured courier. Reason for sale? I plugged my back up rig head (Streamliner 600) into my BF the day I sold it. It sounded like JPJ was in the room. Well, tuning up anyway So I've nabbed a 900 Streamliner. Any trial in Wigan welcome, cheers, Karl. Lakland Skylines were once flavour of the month, not so much now. Good quality basses, the Bob Glaub based on his 64 with wide nut, but relatively shallow front to back. Called something like the 44-64 or something these days

If it's the one I think it is, like most AV's you can not tell when made, by the serial number. It's neck off time. And if it is that one, it's 2007. Now bearing in mind a Dave Wilson re-fin and a Lindy Fralin, this is an excellent price for a fabulously sorted AV57RI. Good luck Marcus, beautiful bass.
