1. I've had a couple of these, both of which I regret moving on, they were both excellent and MUCH MUCH lighter than the Japanese 75's I've had. Lovely bass, GLWTS
2. I got a 500 a few months back. Absolutely love it. Set it up at 1st gig when I got it and just have not needed to change anything except slightly different volume for slightly different venues. Amazing bits of kit imo. GLWTS
3. Absolutely beautiful bass Jiri, if it had been a 4, I would have! GLWTS, cheers, Karl.
4. Stunning. Don't know if it helps but list of specs linked http://www.guitar.co...pdn-sledge-bass GLWTS, cheers, Karl.
5. Raslee is interested in WhiteNgold's jazz. If that went ahead then WhiteNgold would have a GB to offer to SICbass in exchange for SICbass's Yamaha. Keep up peeps This kind of menage a trois has been done quite often in the past. Good luck all.
6.
I've seen Cloudbusting on YouTube a few times - excellent band! Hope to see you play sometime :-)
Ho hum, Cheshire and a Stryker
7. HELLO WISCONSIN 3700+ likes, you are bloody famous
8. Beautiful bass. It's great to see folk putting photographic evidence of a bass's provenance, well done fella
9. Caught up I think. If I've missed ANYBODY let me know please Two gigs in two nights, I'm not at my best
10. Carry on. You will miss it. Muso's will always get on your tits at some stage. Far too many bed room maestro's, the world deserves giggers Now man up and get on with it

12. Hm Warwicks you say See the big red writing below this comment
13. My Bleached Blonde which has now sold twice and had both buyers change their mind and buy something else. Think it's destined to stay with me
14. On all our behalf's, nice work Pinball and thanks!
15. Up to date, all liked. Big thanks to everybody, our little drummer boy (who deals with these things) is in 7th heaven
16.
Should this now be a police matter ?? This is not a dispute but a clear case of someone who has set out to de fraud another person and in my book that is a crime ??
Nope apparently. Police said it was civil matter and that I should go through the procedures, namely PAINPal, then credit card co, then small claims. Small claims should be interesting with a non-existant address and an irrelevant phone number.
17. Perhaps now is the time to point out the original poster hasn't been on Basschat since May 28th. So, any interest in buying it may be better through PM
18. Quite a few guys on a certain Facebook page have used them. Expect to change out hardware as a minimum. Some of them, you will not get the same as the purdy pictures! Also, as I understand it, with these COUNTERFEIT goods, you are allowed to buy them as an individual, but NOT TO SELL THEM ON!! There was a Chibson (counterfeit Chinese Gibson) for sale on here a couple of weeks back, and as I understand it, under the law, it should not have been for sale. I didn't point it out to the Mods, I get in enough trouble without trying
19.
You must have been fuming... I would have been too... bastards...
Just a bit, oh yes, just a bit.
20.
The problem seems to be that adequate protection is available but everyone is to tight to pay for it... I always just send a normal paypal and pay the fees. Yes they are expensive but I'm paying for the protection paypal offers. As a seller I accept paypal gift for low value items or ask for the extra to cover any fees, if it was a large transaction I'd just cover the fees myself. I have in the past sent bank transfers, but only to people with extensive feedback threads and a history of selling similar value items. Unfortunately there is always going to be risk... The only way around it would be some kind of third party system as someone mentioned above, where the item and money are collected by a third party before sending out. However this would cost money and no-one seems keen on paying for anything,,, Also I'm guessing there would be potential insurance issues if the bass arrived damaged the seller could claim that it was fine when they sent it out. alot of dishonest bastards out there... What happened to karlfer above is infruiating, I would not be able to let that lie.. I'd be giving up work and hunting them down!
Try hunting them down when the address turns out to be non-existent and the phone number is for a Sunday football league. Well and truly kippered was I. And I used normal PAINPal, not PAINPal gift
21.
Try to imagine what I'm calling you.
I'm shivering with fear at even contemplating
Rose Marie..?
Genius Dad, well done that man
22.
'Ere, are you callin' me a 'ippopotamus??
Probably the nicest thing anybody has called you
23. I keep checking in to make sure I've updated and liked every band. Costs nowt, supports music and members, what's not to like (unintended pun ) AND MANY thanks to those who have liked Troyen or BBGM I'm 93 Bertbass (and I bloody feel it today )
24. FOLKS, can we keep to the topic, namely the egocentric amongst us getting some more likes on our Faecesbook page. If you want to argue the toss about rights and wrongs please set up your own topic? Would be REALLY nice if those not on this topic for the purpose it was set up, WOULD SELECT their delete buttons. Plenty of room for rights and wrongs elsewhere thank you
