5. Bugger, Thomann only have 10 hole gold anodised. Google will be my friend.
 6.
Thanks for the kind words, but I'm positive. The ergonomics just don't work for me as a pick player - that top edge was cutting into the inside of my right arm within seconds, and the pickup sounds are just...well, they're not what I like to hear. Not for me, and far too expensive to have hanging around in the hope that I might somehow change my mind. Ho hum.
Jeez that's a blow Muzz, real sorry for you, especially with the birthday treat thing. BUT don't act too much in haste. Why not see if you can get a try on a 4004? More all round sound, better ergonomics for the wrist especially but still undeniably look a Rick. You may be able to get a trade if you find the 4004 more to your taste. Think Reidys may have one in, possibly PMT? Good luck.
 7.
I like to go and look at things before I buy them though.
You are going to spend a lot of time driving to London or Aberdeen then
 8.
and I've got your old white one?
Behave you lot, I'm far too weak
 9. His Bumtree ad says he will post at buyers expense?
 10. The best! GLWTS
 11. Good luck Nige, you are a good musician, with plenty of contacts. Start your own project with the folk out of the band that are like minded. Or just go for bust by forming your own new band. Or have a look at some other opportunities in your area. Just don't do nothing, iron and hot mate!
 12.
That lovely blue Cataldo's still here Karl…….
Stop it Evil One, I've only just recovered from the photo's

 22.
You really are the font of all SH knowledge I'd love to meet him but I know I'd be so star-struck I'd just be a dribbling slack-jawed yokel and make a proper fool of myself.
Same here.
Just like a typical Maiden fan, then. *Runs to the hills*
We know where you live me laddo
 23. Absolute bargain. The time will come when the 1999/2005 Fender US basses are revered as some of the best Fender made.
