1. So sad this amazing bass is still here. Rarely come up for sale. Somebody is going to rue not taking this chance. Good luck Mike, Karl.
2. According to the ad it's new. Whatever it's a good price. Somebody is going to get happy. 3.
Mere lack of legal basis doesn't stop him crying or ebay folding to his demands.
Ain't that a fact!
4. Well Ju you could always Beatle off down to Essex Bump for top geezer.
5. And gone. Folk are getting wise and taking note of sellers email and dealing off t'bay. No surprise really given their kow towing to a certain CEO of a family business. Mind you, the price of Fakers is falling through the floor now it seems???
6. And a very interesting idea at that, also good for long term tinkering , many thanks Mr. Fry! Cheers, Karl.

Just done a deal with Lloyd, great comms, instant payment, decisive and a joy to deal with. Well recommended, enjoy Lloyd and all the best. Many thanks, Karl.
8.
My first one had this fault, got it changed for another, it had the same fault. Changed the valve myself in the second one and it works fine now. The valve might just need re-seating every now and again as it works loose with vibration from travel (and sitting on top of a vibrating box all night). Mine developed the hum once more, with the new valve, a well aimed tap on the top is a quick fix during a gig, then open it up at home and tighten up the valve you should be rocking again. Just thought I'd point this out because the price is an absolute bargain for what seems like a very minor fault. And a great amp!
How about doing a thread in Repairs and Technical like Happy Jack's on Orange Bass Terror valve replacement? Probably be quite a few would be grateful. I don't have the problem with mine but I would like an idiot's guide to cahanging the valve on them, er, because I'm an idiot. Excellent amps though.
9. Ah, my little darlin', fabulous amp, power to kill with, clean but can be dirty if you ask her nicely. If I'd kept this I would be several hundred quid better off . Good luck, somebody is about to get happy, Karl.
10. Many thanks ikay, food for thought. I've had a couple of the Attitude Ltd's with the DiMarzio's and they are certainly great pups.
11. Better hurry guys. Don't know about the jazz, but it seems like Thomanns are the last place in Europe to have an Antigua Precision. Glad I got mine sharpish a lot of 50 something bass players will remember these mysterious objects from their youf
12.
Mahogany Rush as a first gig!! You RRRRROCK! Probably Paul Harwood on bass. I saw them at Port Vale football ground supporting Motorhead - Ozzy was on the bill with Randy Rhodes and Rudy Sarzo on guitar and bass respectively. My first was Gillan with John McCoy on bass, Bernie Torme on guitar, Colin Towns, keys, and Mick Underwood on drums. Support were two bands called Quartz and White Spirit, the latter having a young Janick Gers (now Iron Maiden) on guitar.
Whoa, my lot supported Janek when he was in White Spirit and we got a gig through him supporting Gillan as well. Me Ma still has the poster with White Spirit and us from Hartlepool Town Hall . My first was Quo, with Alan on bass, Darlington Civic Theater 1967, I was just turned 9.
13. Permission to swear requested Sah! Seriouslt though, well done that man.
14. Dont know if anybody can help. 1995, one year run only, Yamaha Attitude Special, the cheaper one. I want to try and get a brown tortie plate made for this, so that's one thing. The bigger issue (yeah, really life threatening ) is the plastic cover for the neck woofer pick up. I know there is no chance of a tortie, but can anybody point me in the right direction for a black or chrome one please? Dimensions length 9cm/ 3.5 inch, width 5.4 cm/2.25 inch, depth 0.8cm/ 10/32's of an inch. Just to make it trickier it is hollow inside and has 4 screw holes, photos attached. Not much chance I know, but a man's gotta try . Cheers, Karl.
15. Nah, he's a wanted man there. "Indiana wants me, Lord I can't go back there"
16. Thanks for the comments and bumps guys. Tom, aboot? Have you gone Caledonian . Hope your health is continuing to improve.
17. Put my P on Gumtree this morning and I've come back to 4 emails . Here's hoping.
18. Nowt wrong with advertising it elsewhere, I sold my last bass on Preloved, there was no interest on here. Certainly not me offering £550 Dave, until I saw that Gumtree ad I was going to offer £650. Even after seeing that ad I will still offer £600 plus postage. Sadly, to do that, I have to sell my USA Precision first and that may take a week or so. Being selfish, hopefully yours or Waveydays will still be around for a week or so yet. However, good luck regardless, cheers, Karl.
19. Good, it's oN here as well so I know what to offer him if I sell my P . Edited for spelling again! So few words, so few spelt right.
20. 2 days, no comments, no questions, no offers. Seen Japanese Aerodynes on here at £700 and Mexican Road Worns at more than that. Surprised no comments at all on White/tortie/rosewood USA Precision. C'mon guys, I need a white Marcus Miller pretty please
21. Traded with me for my Schroeder 1515L, as this takes up less space and Chris was persuasive . Will be back up for sale in next couple of days, as I already have a Shuttle 6.
22. My P went up last night kinda bump. Bugger all interest mind
23. Shame John, but, in cliche man mode, something will turn up. Good luck, Karl.
