  1. photos please ? May be exactly what I'm after although I don't have said Markbass. Money could be found.
  2. Further PM's replied. Yesterday studio all day, gig last night. Guitarist loaned me the pedal below. I don't use pedals. Anyway, the channel button switches the DRIVE on or off, the DFX button acts as a MUTE on or off. Excellent stuff, thank you guitarist. May well just get one of these & powdercoat the amp lid Orange .
  3. I've had quite a few folk from the continent wanting this, but full insurance is very steep. Nobody in the UK? I'll give it another week, then keep it & just order the footswitch. Cheers, Karl.
  4. OK @Stealth gorgeous (the bass obviously), so; weight please can you give pot dates & pick up dates please?
  5. Yes, strange the Reidmar have never become one of the "trendy" amps on here. The TD/Fafner are very well regarded, although more expensive & heavier. The Reidmar are simply great, powerful, well featured amps. Think I'm just going to spray the lid on mine in Orange
  6. Thinking very strongly about keeping it & worrying about van bills later , really enjoyed gigging it yesterday evening. Seen this wonderful Japanese bass at nearly a grand, think I can do the gold mods inc tuners for about a ton.
  7. Hiya Dunc. They only make the Roadworn (Mex, around £1300 buying price) now. The Squier & Mex (Standard) versions are now both discontinued. Whilst it's no Jazz neck, it's not monstrous. Approx dimensions (from 6" steel rule & my dodgy eyes). Nut width, just over 40mm width at 12th fret 56mm Depth at 1st fret (surface of neck to back of neck) 20mm Depth at 12th fret (surface of neck to back of neck) 22mm It will be getting an outing around 5pm today in the Accrington Stanley Club, at the ground, after the match finishes.
  8. I leave home 7.15 AM. I get home around 7pm. Work does not allow collections or delivery. Otherwise I would happily courier.
  9. MB1 Kev, yup, it's light, powerful, looks good, plays well. They are also discontinued now. Must admit, when you see £400+ for new Squiers & used CV Squires, I thought this would have gone VERY quickly at this very low price. I think I need to put stuff out at a higher price & let folk beat me down
  10. An astonishingly loud 270 watts. I heard a guy at a local pub gig playing the 250 and was blown away. Sadly the 1st that came up used was 750 lol. Good luck, terrific amps.
  11. 250 Fluffo (recently renamed the 500 for some reason). You can tell the 750 (700 watts RMS) as it has the EBS DRIVE rotary on far right of the front panel.
  12. Superb gigging basses & the best colour combination imo. Lovely
  13. Sale only, collection from Wigan only. The Fender headstock decal was on when I purchased it, but it's a Crafted In Indonesia Squier. Reluctant but need to raise medical funds as my van is in a coma (bring back Mk 1 Escorts I say). Agathis body, black, rosewood, white pearl plate, 40mm nut weighs 7lb 14oz Review, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ca4-GgeDIV8 Fender Deluxe gig bag for extra £20, my feedback linked below, thanks for looking, cheers, Karl.
  14. Cheers Muzz, blindingly kind of you again. Sadly all buying on hold due to van in coma (I ******* hate Peugeot, I should have learned last time).
  15. Crazy crazy price for an amp as good as this. So similar to the well regarded (although much heavier & more expensive) TD650/660. It really does surprise me these are not thought of in the same vain as Shuttles, Subway's, Magellans, OB1 500s etc. Strange thing, market perception.
  16. Many thanks for the info chaps, appreciated. Muzz, that's really kind. I would be terrified at that level of responsibility, but I'd love to come over for half an hour sometime in the next couple of weeks. And happy New Year chaps.
  17. I've liked the looks of fan fret for a good while, but they could be an expensive error. Anybody within about 5o miles of Wigan that would be kind enough to let me come and have a half hour noodle? Cheers, Karl.
  18. Happy to part trade against considerably more expensive (pref maple board) basses.
  19. If it's of any use I will be in Darlington Sat afternoon through to Sunday morning.
  20. Orange bass terror + £50 to me. Might be happy to negotiate on a GK Fusion 500 or something like @la bam ' wonderful 2 channel Markbass thing.
  21. Wow, loving that Mart, terrific usable features, great looks & weight.
