  1. Purchased from the splendid Alain (EAD) of this parish. With Sandberg gig bag, very good condition, passive with Ki0Gon wiring loom, running V/V/T. Original loom, chrome knobs & black pup covers all included. COURIER, I can only get this done on a Saturday collection. Buyer would need to organise & pay for it. Sorry, no trades. I love this bass but I've just spent BIG STYLE on a CS Dusty Hill Gold Top Relic. If my CS Precision goes before this, this will be removed. Thanks for looking, Karl.
  2. Cash price £2000. VERY reluctant sale, but I have finally managed to get a CS Dusty Hill Gold Top Relic, so something has to go. Kev has very kindly allowed me to link to his original thread, which includes shop floor walk, specs & much better photos than I will ever take. CASH PRICE, please, no offers. TRADES, value is higher, need £1000 cash, but happy to talk about a maple boarded Sandberg, especially if it's one of the aged/roadworn. Any Rosewood board trades would need to have MOP blocks. COURIER. SATURDAY COLLECTION ONLY, Buyer to organise & pay for. Please remember this is a big saving of it's late 2017 price new (£2999) and a significant saving on what I paid for it a few weeks back. So, MY good luck at getting a Dusty becomes the buyers good luck getting this super bass at a GREAT price. I can also offer a meet somewhere within 100 miles radius of Wigan. If my Sandberg goes 1st, this will be removed VERY quickly. Thanks for looking, Karl.
  3. Thank God I'm away for a week, this has to be gone by then. If it had come up before my CS Surf Green relic, this would have been mine, gorgeous & a maple board.😍
  4. Gutted Dan. If it had been maple it would have been quarterly meeting at Hartshead. Fabulous bass at a superb price, from a terrific bloke.
  5. Thank goodness they've gone. I've been going to buy these for two weeks Kev, but just not had the time to get down. They can stop taunting me now

Rare I don't ramble, but, SIMPLY EXCEPTIONAL. Can't thank you enough Kev, ecstatic
  7. Stunning. Just a bit more than I can afford but what a great price for a Master Build.
  8. Dan, if you've bought this, I shall visit you in the small hours. With a baseball bat
  9. Pretty much my perfect bass. Just a tad out of my budget. At the moment
  10. Yeah surprises me Hutton. I've had over 30 trade offers on this bass (nearest to what I required was a nice P but it was £150 over valued IMO). Sold.
  11. Argh, I put a bid in on a Rick 4004 on Feebay on Wed night, and I'm currently winning. It finishes Sunday afternoon. If I win, I can't afford both .
  12. Really surprised this is still here Stephen. Whilst it obviously can't be considered as an investment, due to the mods, it's at least 20 years away from that being an issue. In the meantime it's a great looking versatile gig machine for less than some Mexican and Japanese basses are up for. Very strange

    feedback for Deedee

Above & beyond the call of duty Dan, massively appreciated mate
  14. OK, lets try a less subtle approach, would you consider a half way meet?
  15. The neck is a jazz profile with Biflex Truss Rod with Micro Tilt-Adjust as per spec. It is fine. I link my 6 pages of feedback to give possible buyers some confidence.
  16. Sorry Dave, totally forgot to leave feedback mate, head up anal tract this week I'm afraid. Ahem, moving swiftly on............................ top guy to deal with as ever, yet another fabulous ambassador for Basschat. Cheers Dave, until the next time..................
  17. Last bump before I keep this & just buy a Precision
  18. Anywhere in North Lincs is a trip for me, but roughly where? NE/ NW? Stunning bass, but sadly I can't get courier deliveries now.
  19. In the last 24 hours my Rick & Precision have gone, couldn't have been just one . I now need a Precision so I'm happy to trade, but trade price will need to be a bit more than cash price. A splendid '57AVRI would be nice. Please, no heavily modded, or "bitsa's". If you have something you might want to move on, please PM me BUT bear in mind I can't courier any more. Cheers, Karl
  20. Another trip over to Alain's last night to relieve him of yet another splendid bass. On a slightly different note, I was lusting at his beautiful 70's Geddy style jazz. Even more gobsmacked when he revealed the back of the headstock. Wow ! Anyway, back to subject. Alain is one of the ones I KNOW will have a superb bit of kit for sale, and I know the deal will be easy. One of the very best. Until the inevitable next time, thanks again fella.
