Not a totally DIY pedal, but the mods I made to my ODB-3 worked out well. Low-mid boost on the left and LED or 1N4148 clipping on the right.

There were a few roads in the US they did this to.

Played our first away gig, up in Brum on Thursday night in a tiny pub in Digbeth. We were the 2nd of 3 support bands for Peter & the Test Tube Babies. It was all very laid back and relaxed. Played to a decent crowd and we went down well. The promoter has offered us a few other support slots. All in all a pretty good night.

one of my first pedals, back in the mid 80s, was a Rocktek Flanger. Sounded great with my Vesta Fire distortion...
