I got mine last week, there's a thread in the gear porn section. I thought it was an 09 but it could be a 2010 as GAK only got it in the day I ordered it. They're stunning basses aren't they.

For a totally non-judgmental shop, I popped into Bass Direct yesterday. What a fantastic place!! Bloody dangerous though, I went in for a strap and strap locks and nearly came way with those and a couple of EBS pedals! I managed to keep my focus though. Mark left me to have a look around whilst he finished some paperwork. The selection of basses is incredible. I'm very taken with Dingwall basses. Had a nice chat with Mark as he sorted out my purchases. I'll definitely be purchasing stuff from there in future, just need to save rather a lot first!

Close up it looks like Lake Placid Blue with a blue metal flake. I've been wanting one of these ever since I got hold of Live After Death and saw the photos of Steve with his. After 24, or so, years mine arrived today. [attachment=46107:DSC_1312.JPG] I can't wait to play it loud but next band practice is 9 days away!

I was never a fan of them but I needed a cheap bass and found the Dean. Like I said, I was impressed by if for what I paid. I found it more comfortable to play than a lot of the more expensive basses I've owned.
