A couple of weeks ago I updated the firmware on my Hypergravity and the knob lag it just awful now. It can take about 1/4 of a second for changes to take effect.

With all the other stuff I listen to I should be a fan of Current 93, but they've never clicked with me. Nurse With Wound are similar in that way too. I should love them, but I don't.

It's a wonderful amp. The tone stack takes a bit of getting used to, as it's passive IIRC, but it sounds lovely. The B-Stock is 1/2 the price of a new one and 2/3 the price of a CTM-100

I had a valve amp itch during the summer, then PMT had their sale and the was an Ashown CTM300 for sale. But several people ordered the 1 amp they had for sale so I missed out. Then a couple of days later Ashdown had a B-stock sale and I got one for just under £1k. It's a fantastic amp! At 300 watts there's plenty of headroom to have loud and clean (or you can have loud and grindy). Even at home volumes it sounds awesome! They still have one in the B-Stock sale...

The guitarist has a Kemper Profiler Floorboard, is the bassist using a Profiler remote? It has the bar along the bottom of the screen and the required number of footswitches

After days of, pretty much only, listening to Killing Joke I've come out the other side:

I gave Lightning Bolt a listen yesterday. Some interesting stuff. But I'm still in a Killing Joke phase. Watching the documentary has really added to their songs:
