  1. It's been about a year the new website has been coming. But, to be fair, they changed 'New website coming in the next couple of weeks' to 'new website coming soon' about 5 months ago...
  2. A guy on an Aria group on Facebook with a GT-3 has confirmed the 3 on/off switches and a coil tap on the push/pull pot.
  3. A friend in Anglesey is hoping to organise a Q&A with Robb up there in the autumn. My friend has known John Robb for a while, so it stands a chance of happening.
  4. My sister was a full on Goth back in the 80s/early 90s. A core of my music taste comes from her, but I got more into metal and industrial. But I still love a bit of Goth. Got my local bookshop to get these in for me last week:
  5. this one: https://reverb.com/uk/item/3349306-aria-pro-ii-gt-3-guitar-in-very-good-condition-pretty-sure-these-were-korean-made-in-the-late-80-s
  6. From a Reverb ad: Each pickup has a mini toggle switch: the bridge is 2-way on/off; the middle is 3-way on/off/on reverse phase; the neck is 3-way on dual coil/off/on single coil.
  7. Beautiful guitar, but I think you've over estimated the anniversary a little...
  8. My favourite was a Trace Elliot MP11 preamp into a power amp, the make of which I can't remember. Why? It was super flexible. But the MP11 developed a fault and the repair shop went under taking the preamp with it. 😭 My Ashdown CTM-30 is currently my favourite amp because I can get a bloody awesome sound from it at home volumes compared to my CTM-300...
  9. You’re going to get many different replies… mine is: All valve amp set as flat as possible through 2 x 15”. Control the tone from the bass.
  10. I’ve seen these guys mentioned on some music groups I’m in on Facebook. Just checked them out, Chokehold was good for me to go back to the first album. It’s all pretty good
  11. 😊 glad to be of service. I’m a big fan of both Gnod and White Hills. But this colab is my favourite release by them both..
  12. Kicking back with a beer and some Gnod & White Hills
  13. Yep, if you have a mic, interface and software you can make your own. Logic Pro on the Mac comes with an IR Utility program. That’s really simple to use
  14. I first saw Living Colour supporting Anthrax on the State of Euphoria tour. They pretty much out played/entertained Anthrax. I then saw them a few years later with Stereo MCs supporting. Stereo MCs were so badly received that Living Colour refused to come on stage until the crowd gave the Stereo MCs a cheer.
  15. 6th anniversary of Chris Cornell's death today, so:
  16. @Baloney Balderdash I've just updated the firmware in my pedal and everything still works. I use the IR from here: https://shift-line.com/irpackbass Have you tried these?
  17. Now that's an interesting pedal! Looks like a lot of fun.
  18. Much to my wife's disappointment...
  19. I'm sitting down. At some point soon we're due to have the loft converted. So over the the last few weeks we've been going through all the crap up there. Most of the actual junk has gone, now we're getting around to sorting the stuff we want to keep from the stuff to sell/donate/give away. This is 2/3 of that...
