The 4 string. was fretted now fretless body- tulipwood neck- Maple Fretboard- Rosewood Frets- 24 Pickups- custom made by the builder defretted by KGB Pacific Road, Birkenhead design- yours truely built by howard from the bass place in nun street Newcastle. a lot of people ask me why tulipwood body- i was a lot scrawnier back then (in the days!!!!!) and I found something the weight of a fender really uncomfortable! this one you can balence on one finger............ you can wear it all night and it weighs nothing hardly! its gorgeous! what you think?

I like the sound and feel of Rotosound nickle but I've looked on thier website and they don't appear to make them in a 6 set. Any ideas? I'm bassed in Liverpool and we have 4 music shops in the centre who say that they can't get hold of any...... thanks Mikey Reed
