I bought Dave's MXR Phase 90 and Electro Harmonix Steel Leather pedals. Excellent comms, and recieved the well-packaged pedals less than 24 hours after sending payment, both in great condition. Super smooth transaction, would not hesitate to do business with again Cheers Dave.
i could afford to spend a bit more i just want to spend as little as i can get away with. im literally going to use it for less than five minutes in a set and dont see any reason to spend a lot. I think ill give the marshall reflector a try theyre pretty well built and go for cheap secondhand.
Cool, that seems to be the way to go mate

Unfortunately, I don't think you're going to be even nearly satisfied with pedals at that budget. I'd advise you not to waste your money, and go for something of better quality that's going to make you happier, even if it means waiting/saving for a while.

If you have use for the presets, and are willing to spend that little bit extra, I'd definitely go for the programable BDDI. Will probbaly end up getting on of these myself in the future, though it'll probably turn into a toss up between the PBBDI and the new version of the VT Bass.
if you're not here to buy then keep on walking son, just keep on walking.....
Behaving like this really hurts your chances of selling, FYI. I don't speak for everyone, but my interest in dealing with you evaporated immediately upon reading this. Best of luck with the sale.

Hmmmmmm, odd. Change the battery? Grounding problem? Whatever it is, it's definately your one, not BDDIs in general. Mine's on all the time, and doesn't hum, you get a little hiss if you crank the treble or gain all the way up, but that's it.

Do a youtube search for demos of the pedal, read reviews (harmony central, for example). Also, wrong forum. -
Any takers? Maybe this post is invisible - two other VT Bass pedals sold here in the last couple of days for the same price and more...
Yeah I noticed that and was very surprised Also, £90 posted for this thing, with the original tin, sample settings, etc.?! This is a steal, surely. Maybe people are getting pretty serious about holding out for the VT Bass Deluxe?

£100 posted sounds good to me.
I got Max to build it for me so it would go right in that gap between the M9 and the VP Jr.
What was the damage, if you don't mind my asking?
I have this amazing trick where I take a really nice bass and amp, and make it sound exactly like a steel dustbin full of spanners falling down the stairs.
I rather enjoyed this post

Oh yeah, the 2 a side, or 3 and 2 tuners on headstocks is a very good one that I left out. All on the same side looks pretty ridiculous IMO. No-one hating on thunderbirds yet as well, surprising, no?
For one horrible moment I thought it was going to be another clip of that Japanese bass playing transvestite again......... Nice playing!
Hah, EXACTLY what I was expecting it to be.

Inspired by discussion in another thread, I got to wondering what people REALLY like and REALLY dislike aesthetically when it comes to basses and bass-related stuff. As the title says, this is all about looks, and nothing to do with sound, or anything else. Try not to flame anyone for anything they might say, it's all about opinion. Love Natural wood finishes Thru-neck construction Individual-string bridges Beautiful elaborate inlays Silked strings (especially with different colours for each string, especially when coupled with an indivdual-string bridge) Thick black leather straps Coloured LEDs on pedals (i.e. anything other than red) Big, MXR-style knobs on pedals Graphic EQs on heads/combos Orange amps and cabs Hate String trees Massive headstocks (eg. Fender) Chapman Sticks LEDs on a bass Gold hardware Over-the-top finishes on a bass 'Vintage' or 'relic'd' anything - seriously, WTF? Basses finished in ridiculous colours, eg. shocking pink, or lime green Open-coil pickups with massive coils, e.g. musicman style Strings sticking out loose from tuning pegs Wonky jazz pickups Pointy basses Single-cut basses Completely un-labelled pedals Coloured patch cables This is all I can think of off the top of my head. Lets have some opinions.
