6. haha thats a fair point, i like the IDEA of a vintage delay more than the sound maybe!!!!! i'm really looking for a kind of surf slapback effect i think.
7. Just got a present of a memory toy (wow, someone buying me something useful!) and have played about with it for a few days but not sure i can find a use for it, the delay's a wee bit dark for my liking, i really only want a wee bit of slapback or echo. boxed, used 3 times in bedroom, NOW ON THE BAY Also got my old MXR microamp, still boxed, gigged well, few dings and marks, plus a dot from a marker pen so i knew where it should be set! £38 SOLD i'd really prefer a trade on these, on the lookout for a decent overdrive to add a bit of grind to my sound preferably
8. argh, i really must stop plundering ebay for things i neither need nor can afford! only bought this like a week ago, and although it's fecking great and i've had loads of fun with this, an echo park and a headrush for looping, i reeeaaaaly dont need it aside from in my fictional post-rock band that exists only in my bedroom . so it's gotta go!!!!!! pic later as my fone's gubbed but it's identical to the image below, great condition, all working perfectly, check out the reviews on harmony central; even forgetting about the ace whammy-style pedal it's a really bloody great-sounding reverb! http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews...ech/XP-400/10/1 i paid £85 not including postage, since i love you guys i'd take £70 posted OR am in the market for a delay since the echo park isn't technically mine, trades especially for memory toy / boy oh and i'll include the power adaptor as it's 9v AC SOLD for £70 posted.
9. or u could get a visual sound jekyll and hyde like me! the jekyll overdrive is an 808 style overdrive with bass boost - sounds amazing! plus u can pick them up pretty cheap on ebay every so often.

15. sold my t-40, i'd be interested if you could deliver?
16. thanks guys it wasnt very clear in there. and what about, absolute worst case scenario (and this is no offence to you pascal!) he recieves the package, then reverses his payment on paypal so i'm left minus a bass and with no money. do i go to paypal then?
17. Hi all, i've just agreed to sell my t-40 to a french member from here and was just looking for some advice regarding international shipping? i've imported before but never exported and am a bit wary about insurance, chances of it going awol etc. i've got a few quotes from parcelforce, fedex and ups all round about the £100 mark which we've both agreed is fine, but the quotes dont really mention whether these are tracked, and have a 'signed-for' requirement and also dont mention insurance. obviously i'm going to make some phone calls tomorrow but just wondering on general advice from folk who've done it here before? i did a wee search but couldnt find much, a sticky on this might be quite handy if somone fancied putting it together? thanks!
18. go and listen to 'prayer to god' by shellac, it's got me thro a few tough breakups!
