3.
Please tell me thats photshop and not a real person..... It looks like an anime....
Her name is Varri - and she is every bit as beautiful as she looks. Back in the day, I used to have a bit of a crush on her Mum
 4.
I was expecting a more interesting photo collection tbh I think an additional shoot is required!
Many more to follow - my planned model had to cancel.
 5.
..and how much oxygen is left in the tank?
Given the spritely way the gentleman was dancing, I'd say he had seconds left. Mind you - he was breathlessly exasperated about the number of Englishmen who take to pissing in his playground
 6.
So it has been refinished?
Yep - I can't say with complete confidence if the refinish was partial or complete, Gareth. I do know the work was done by ace-luthier to the stars, the inimitable Jimmy Moon.
 7.
Nice, does she want to share bass clef tattoos?
It's so difficult this you know - I have to really steel myself when applying the bass clefs for the models. But, for you guys? Nothing is too much trouble.
 8. £9.99 including FREE delivery Free print if you care for it
 9.
is this japanese built?
Yep!
 10.
Hi Is the bass all original? Has the body been refinished? Is the pickguard original? Thanks
Hi Gareth all original - apart from the paintwork being re-instated to it's deserved status.
 11. At age 11, I was rowing near this location when a basking shark drifted by. Of course I had nae freaking idea it was a basking shark - just that I was very obviously about to be eaten alive. So, not only do I not dive, I don't go in water unless it's pouring out of a shower head. The story here is that a bunch of these very nice diver types frequent this spot and when driving by yesterday morning I thought...well, they can only say no The bold Richard (for it is he in the photograph) stepped forward and volunteered to do the necessary - probably because he is also a musician. I'm really very pleased with the outcome. Lastly, I have no ginger hair. In fact, I have no hair worthy of mention these days
 12. No basses were harmed in the making of this photograph. All cheesy jokes about the deeps of depth most welcome Oh - circa £[s]2,250[/s] for this wonderful bass. Ediot - got the price wrong first time
 13.
Price?
£500 including the case and free delivery. I'm always hesitant to refer to a bass as being almost as new, but this is in some nick.
 14. The bass is in immaculate nick.
 15. Been a while for this reason and that, but, as ever more to follow
 16.
Hey Anndra - very nice but I wouldn't buy a guitar with a crack in the neck
Belter, Al
 17.
Oh, Oh, and if a bass is an object, and you get asked the question 'Do you love the bass more than you love me?', who is guilty of comparing to an object (she is gone, the bass remains).
Love it! It's 1983, I'm living with a girl who thinks my 5 or 6 hours a day bass playing is obsessive - I was thinking I need to find more time, there are things I want to play but can't, must get better. Jah Wobble, Derek Forbes, Barry Adamson and Pino Palladino all continually moving the targets. We all know that target - when I get to that standard * I can relax a little. She made me choose. Well. We were through very shortly thereafter. And about three months later she tried to burn me alive in my flat. * Still not there
 18.
Wonders if we may be objectifying women ........
That's an interesting observation - this shoot, at least in part, was intended to explore objectification and to question if that always means the subject retains (or in fact loses) any sense of individuality or empowerment. I'd really welcome some input on the subject.
 19. Carlsberg don't do guitar stands...
 20.
good but the girl with glasses would have done a better job of it. heres an idea. collate these photos and create a Basschat calendar. everyone will pay good monies for it.
I'm working towards this, but the photo's will be new rather than ones I've already shown. Thanks anyway though, I really appreciate the encouragement.
 21. Hi guys - much as I love the ATK, the wider board makes it a bit of a challenge for me to play. Ideally, a trade for an Ibanez SR 500 would be perfect. Or, I can sell this and hunt down a used SR500 in time. £290 including delivery, but, please note my ATK only comes with a basic gig bag. As ever, more photos to follow if required.
 22. Full bodied.
 23. As promised, Hutton - a sample from the first shoot with your recently traded Gretsch G6072.
