1. Plank with bits, project underway, it looks minging, can't be arsed finishing it - every part of it displeases my eye. Hideous.
2. It upsets me to look at these.
3. I'm still taking offers for those so inclined
4.
Nice, great pictures but i can't help but feel your a bit of a photoshop genius, would be nice to see some bog standard shots :-)
it's a pity you feel that way - I'm a full time professional photographer. And, if I was so inclined, then those blue elements in the pics would be gone - they are there because I did not close the curtains in the room. And there would be no light reflections or blown highlights - all of which could be photoshopped away. Just a rush job Roon ye. As we say in Scotland.
5. No words required.
6. Rear of neck and body - in equally fabulous nick.
7. Neck and binding - in fabulous nick.
8. The all important case and logo.
9. Body safely at rest in the original Fender case.
10.
Do you have the original pickups and how much routing was needed to fit a battery under the control plate?
Hi there - the original pups are long since gone. And the battery required no routing work - it sits snugly un the cavity along with the control pots. It's a very simply job to change it if needed.
11. And another - a genuinely fabulous bass.
12. I have an offer, but nothing finalised and so bump!
13.
OK, hands up! Who saw Lysdexia posting a bass for sale called a Growler and expected some interesting and creative photography involving a comely female assistant?
Me. Tragically, the cost of said models has risen to mirror petrol style inflation.
14. 1978 - all original bar the badass bridge and EMG pups (batter under control plate) with the original case. The strings are non-original, too. I'd be very interested in a trade for a Ric 4003 if said Ric is in mint condition with some money coming my way. Not a huge amount of money either! Straight sale for £1,800 with haggling inevitable I'd have thought.
15. A superb example of another USA low-end classic. £850 delivered with case (non-original) - no trades please, but I'm open to offers. More photographs to follow.
16. Well, I'm not certain what's going on - but, in the meantime, a gallery can be accessed here; http://kentfinephoto....com/p377218752 Can anyone now see the very first photo?
