1. Gotta be some love for a Jazz 5 here Si
2. You can actually run the BDPG pretty subtle, especially as you increase the tone control. More dub and less grit happens , although worth noting it doesn't clean up totally, it very much is a drive pedal over a clean-preamp pedal Si
3. Not too late for a bank-holiday treat Si
4. Pre-gig bump Have yourself a treat for the Bank Holiday Si
5. Very cool. Will hopefully join the 33" gang soon huh Eude Si

7. No thank-you, just for sale as I have my eyes on something else. Part-ex's with pedals is always a possibility, but probably not more than £100 worth to be honest. Thanks Si
8. Very nice, someone get on this Si
The range here is so good I might just order a load and swallow the import charges!? http://www.pedalpart...gory_Code=ENCCC
Wonderful range, but what a convoluted way of ordering, three different items in the basket just to order one painted enclosure?! Horrible! Give me Mammoth Electronics website any day......but just crap postage costs to the UK Si
haven't ordered from here myself yet but these guys seem to do a few colours: http://www.bluebellaudio.com/
Yeah they're the standard Hammond colours: http://www.hammondmfg.com/dwg_SBVer.htm Si
11. The Earthquaker is great, but in this case, the Neunaber! Si
12. Some interest, but still available at the mo Cheers Si
13. Octaves track better before dirt, but also consider that an octave before dirt means that a fuzz pedal, for example, will then compress out any lows/sub that the octave is providing you. I went for years with octave first, now changed to octave last, after dirt, on my main board. Experimentation is key, each board and it's application will be different! Si
Anyone know where to get ready painted enclosures here in the uk?
Hammond sell direct I believe and do a few solid colours. I think Rapid or Mouser have some colours perhaps, although would need to check. I'm currently struggling with this too, including screen-printing, very tough to find decent services in the UK, we do not have even a quarter of the choice of what the US does Si
15.
Cheers Si, very happy with it And thanks for your video with the BDPG, that really got me thinking "I should really try the Rat Tail again"
Pleasure :-D Si
16. Mmmmmmm, Knightfall 66 Si
17. Bump Couple of bits of interest, but still for sale Si
18.
Korg Pitchblack > Fuzzrocious Rat Tail > Sanford & Sonny Bluebeard > Fuzzrocious BDPG
Awesome board! Si
19. These S1 jazzes are great, always run mine in series, get on it Si
20. Hey bud, Hope you get something sorted, but if you sell the nano outright I'll have it Cheers Si
21. The original Boss PN-2 is a favourite, but also check out the Zvex Sonor and the Idiotbox Mad Doctor stutter. I had the Mad Doctor for a couple of days (it was wrongly sent to me instead of another pedal from a shop), and whilst I had it I had a great time with it, great pedal. Si
22. It's a decent quote for a re-house, however try and confirm exactly what he's going to do. As mentioned above, if you're getting nicer jack sockets that aren't purely board mounted and a proper footswitch wired in (fairly in-depth for these soft-switch kinda pedals). Si
23. Not quite sure what there isn't to like about this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQ0__5muEjA His melody at 5:26 gets me every time. Si
24. Weight is showing as 9.7lbs on kitchen scales, this actually surprised me as I've used it on long gigs and never had any issues (my other basses are low 9's and high 8's), so must balance nicely. To be fair, probably pretty standard for a Fender 5 I've also added a couple of photos of the bass in its OHSC, as well as appended the condition as after some close inspection I wouldn't consider it mint, but very good condition. A few very minor surface marks on the rear of the bass that I can't capture in a photo. Cheers Si
25. I'll get it weighed ASAP tomorrow . Si
