1.
Still using another pedal to fix the short comings of a pedal which sir is my case in point
I think you missed me ripping it out of the ODB-3 haha. Si
2.
Apart from the bit about the ODB-3 of course...
Lets be fair to it........you could just clean-blend out the ODB-3 totally.....then it would be good! Si
3. There's a cool Fuzrocious BDPG for sale here if you fancied trying one: http://basschat.co.uk/topic/222700-fuzzrocious-grey-stache-bdpg/ Si
4. Very similar to a neck Jon made for me a few years ago. Solid as a rock it was, congrats Si
5. If you buy new I suspect you'll only be able to get a Gen3, if you look around second hand, try to find a Gen2 in my opinion Si
6. Hi guys, I'm playing with Polar Caps at the Weds clubnight at Proud Galleries (Witness The Fitness club). Theres 3 bands in total with DJ's afterwards, let me know if you need guestlist asap! (I think its a free list) Polar Caps is Owen Hughes-Holland, ex First Signs Of Frost, and I'm also ex-FSOF......so nice to be playing for Owen's solo stuff It's essentially Electronic alt-pop i guess, search is on Spotify Si

Pedaltrain Volto
I think it would be prudent, in future to ensure it is fully charged before every session
Something else to remember :-/ I imagine the Volto is great if you're running all true bypass, so you're signal just defaults to your amp when your pedals die, but running anything with a buffer sounds a bit scary if you forget to charge before a gig. Hmmmm Si
8. Yeah the Xotic BB Pre is the obvious choice here IMO. The fuzzrocious Broke Dick Peanut Gallery is the curveball, awesome pedal I've not tried one, but the Catainbread SFT gets plenty of love too! Si

Another Bass BB Pre, this was requested with a plain enclosure. Pretty happy with the neatness of the insides: Si

If it's a one off, stripboard it. If it's a simple build (fuzz or boost), turret board it Si
12.
It will be more like a stingray scratchplate than a pbass plate, as it won't go down to the knobs - one reason why I got the green pearl inly knobs.
So you're building a Fleabass? Si
13.
It has changed a little as just ordered some q-parts chrome green pearl topped dome knobs.....otherwise as you were OK so for my next guess: 51 style slab p body alder in sonic blue white 3 ply scratchplate tele headstock shape maple board neck# vintage style reverse tuners single coil 51 pickup Fender BBOT vintage bridge Flats with a slight relic job ??
Nothing I'm afraid lol. Ok so, the correct specs so far, without giving away details further than what people have guessed are: Alder body Maple neck & fingerboard Gotoh Bridge Si
14. HA I've messaged KiOgon to ask details, the solderless connections sounds interesting for swapping pickup sets in and out Si

21. Hi guys, I'm currently putting together a Fender/parts Precision build. Instead of posting the spec, I'll wait until it's finished (much more fun ) Instead, I'll open it up to the floor for a bit of a guessing game........aaaaaaaaand go! Si
22. Good luck wrapping that back up so she doesn't notice Si
23. Shame two of the knobs are missing, but yes, great find. Wonder how it sounds next to my Green clone Si

I've never used a heatsink. With diodes and transistors also, I'll solder one leg, then do something else, then do the others. Just breaks up the heat to the component. I'll also socket all ICs, most transistors, and some diodes Si
