1. I'm using the MXR M82 and loving it. If you end up using a Soundblox BEF & Hot Hand, i'm selling one Check out the 3Leaf stuff, the Aguilar Filter, all good stuff Cheers Si
2. Are you looking for any trades/ part ex' at all? Cheers Si
3. Hey bud, Line6 were actually really good to deal with, basic ticketing system for repairs, sent it back and it took about 5 days for them to turn it around. Si
4. Bump for Line 6 DL-4 & Source Audio additions Cheers Si
5. Great Phaser Si
6. Still figuring out what trades I can get away with Si
7. Currently messing about with the following, just playing with some sounds for a project really, all changeable as usual Yes there's loads more power than necessary, but it's so I can add in stuff for experimenting off-board and just power whatever. Si
8. Yeah, the delay in the effect is the 'Lag' control, you can have it at 7 o'clock (off) and it would sit on top of the note Here's the demo: https://soundcloud.com/simonpoulton Si
9. The Organizer definitly isn't a Ring Mod, although I remember a Youtube video where the guy is using a bit-crusher type effect with one. The LAL looks nice, but that looks like a reverb pedal essentially, the Organizer is a pitch pedal, with variants of either 1 down, 2 down, 1 up & 2 up. What's nice is that it has a 'Lag' function which delays the application of the effect on your signal. Si
10. Yeah I'm definitly culling at the moment, a couple of things coming in, but much less 'buying for the sake of it' ..............apart from OC-2s lol, although I've not bought one for a good 4 months now . I'm looking foward to getting hold of the Mr Black Eterna, great sounding 'verb, should sound mad with the Organizer! Si
11. I'll do some asap and send you the link Si
12. How heavy is it? Si
13. I love the Organizer, I usually just use it for soundscapes etc, had no use for it in a conventional band situation really. Great for looping etc. There's a blend on it, but because i'm only really using it for high volume swells etc, I'm not too fussed about it's low-end retention Si
14.
They actually work well as a partnership, my 3Leaf Wonderlove needed a repair and, rather than send to America i was able to send to Finland for repair instead
That's a great way of working for them both Si
15. Did a little update of the stock lol IN Mr Black Eterna (from Circuits To Cure Cancer auctions) Electro Harmonix Bass Micro Synth (older big box) Out Digitech Synth Wah Mark Bass Mini Distortion Guyatone BB Bottom Boost Si
16. They simply took over the production of the B3K, don't even think they have the B7K? Although may well be wrong about that Si
17. Did anyone take part in the auctions? I bagged myself the Mr Black 'Eterna', really great sounding reverb! Si
18. Bump, need to clear some space Si
19. Oh no, my dad will be gutted Bob was a great great player! Si
20. I saw Edger Meyer play with Nickelcreek years ago and he was rocking some overdrive and an envelope filter whilst playing Arco, sounded great, but then he's an incredible player. Si
21. Cool man, lemme know if you change your mind Si
22. The Aguilar Octamizer is essentially a modern equivalent to the Meatbox, it doesn't go as low frequency wise though. I don't think it has the character of the Meatbox, but some people prefer it's consistency, which is fair enough Si
23. Have a nice HF-2 flanger going.....think Chorus Justin Chancellor style?! :-P Si
24. The might sound lame, but try it everywhere in the chain. Where it goes is where it sounds best to you! Si
25. Really? I run mine pretty low gain?! Looking for any trades? Si
