My personal opinion on the Boss ODB3 is that its not great, I really didn't hear any nice low end distorsion/grind, its all mid/high fizz. I've had a much much better time with the Boss Mega Distortion, £30 off ebay, perfect for the amount I use it in my covers band. It's just a sound, if you can't get a bass sound from guitar/effects, you might look to create that low-end from something more programmed. I play some bass-orientated keyboards in my dubstep band, although it's about 80% bass guitar. I don't think of myself as bass guitarist, more that I'm in charge of the low end...however that may come. Si

Ok, finally sorted V.3 [URL=http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/827/29596510150320827857091.jpg/][IMG]http://img827.imageshack.us/img827/169/29596510150320827857091.jpg[/IMG][/URL] So this is OC-2 -> Co-Pilot FX Orbit -> ME-50B -> CE-2B -> Boss Slicer. Juicy Lucy power and the only reason for the FX Loop pedal is because I want to go in and out at the same point, I don't switch it. I have the ME-50B set to Slow Gear (I have an original Boss one, but doesn't track as well), Analogue Delay, and some slightly different distortion to double up with the Orbit. Expression pedal is either set to Resonance filter or +1 Octave Whammy. Si
