Sorry Tom, I certainly didn't mean for it to sound like you're the bad guy, far from it!
As we've discussed previously, the issue with the pickup may not have been picked up (sic) even if it had been present before transit. It was still giving output, but just sounded weak/thin, so I had it checked out. But yes, very possibly happened in transit, they do get rattled around.
