1. I've had a noodle on this one down a Bobs, it's a v serious bass, absolute winner at this price, if I only had the money.......
2. Certainly does, makes me miss my old bongo too!
3. Ahhh so if needed I could get a MB dealer to flip the switch for me? although I think (and if I'm wrong I hope someone will tell me) we are now standardised voltage across the EU? Love the look of the new promethean, less power than the last??
4. Think I'll do it, prob with a ny 12" extension cab
5. Cheers for the info guys, I'm eyeing it up on thomann which is what cheaper than here, I'm assuming that their 230v is th same as ours?!
6. Morning all, anyone got any thoughts on the Markbass CMD121p combos? I'm after a small lightweight combo, I have been eyeing a promethean but they are getting increasingly difficult to come by, also the Genz shuttle 1x12 but the markbass works out a fair bit cheaper, just curious! I wouldnt br doing any rock gigs etc on it, bits of pits etc.
7. I'm even dimmer though, I parted with this one, bought another (the white one thats been up recently) because I missed it so much then parted with that too, I was distracted by something shiny! What a prize knob I am!
8.
I'd have this one back in a flash....if I had the cash! Best of luck with sale/trade etc
I'd also have it back but alas all I have to offer at the mo is basses.....
9. When I first saw this I tried to con Alan into making me one like it, its a lovely shape, but alas it was a one off, its a real shame that I'm skint now!
10. Also worth mentioning the laminate neck and bare knuckle pickups, the sound on this thing is seriously hefty.
11.
I'm pretty sure this used to be yours (I emailed you with some questions the first time you listed it as I had only just become aware of them). I bought it from Bassbod (Duncan).
Yup, it was mine and as usual I was a tool for selling it, a top bass, it really lovely and of course sounds stunning.
12. I had one identical to this which I sold and then bought the white & rosewood one! What are the chances its the same bass? These are wonderful basses and I was a dufus to let mine go, shame I have no money now, its a snip.
13. Lotta bass that, loving it!
14.
No not really it's rubbish and it smells. Although you can always get decent fish and chips
More like Calais then (apart from the chips are crap there)!
15. Like paris?? Really? I've never been!
16. A lot of love out there for the 33" at the mo, I've not tried one but I'm really tempted.
17. This one is going to be a real looker, love the top and that scroll, mines not far off either all exciting times!
18. Have a bump for some serious woodwork, lovely basses.
19. Another old one of mine? If so its an absolute beaut, plays great and looks sexy as hell in the flesh, well worth a punt for someone.
20. Damn that looks nice, I used to have a 4 string version of this, fantastic bass.
21. I'm hugely tempted, these are cracking basses and I've never seen one at this price, cash is tight so I'll have to have a serious think, someone will pick up a huge bargin here though!
22. Quick question, what does she weigh? Any neck dive? Cheers.
23. Cheers for that, much appreciated, just checking it wasn't a little plastic jobbie that you is so small you can't get your hand inside it!
24. Majorly stupid question..... What kind of handle do the 112 cabs have? just browsing and can't find a pic of it anywhere!
