1. The standard moulded type. was being used for the bands power amps but as we're now using powered speakers the amps are going. In good nick, just some off colour on the latches, but still works a treat. £30 + p&p or collection from Lancs area.
 2. I used to have one of these ages ago, it is a superb amp. And a bargain at that price, if I hadnt just bought a Boss SYB 3 Id have this as a back up. Really useful EQ section. Free Bump Mike
 3.
So here's the deal, i SUCK at EQing my bass, does anyone have any tips/guides on how to EQ your bass for myself and other members? That's including the onboard EQ and amps EQ. I'd be very grateful I know you're not supposed to 'dime' your controls (turn them all the way up) but i don't know how to get a good sound otherwise. I dime the volume and bass on my bass and keep the treble rolled back a bit and on my amp i have the bass, mids and treble near enough all the way up, i kinda like the sound but i hear it's wrong?
Id say if you like the sound you're there!! I personally dont use a lot of eq, with maybe a little bass and mid boost on the amp. When I say little it is a tiny bit of boost.
 4. I wsh!! lol I missed out on one on ebay just before I bought the Aguilar. free bump

 18.
Mike, this is a superb piece of kit and unbelieveable value for money, but, if you ever get the chance, try a Korg AX3000B. I'd love to hear your views as an experienced multi-effect man. I look forward to hearing your views on this one. It's all subjective obviously but I rate it (Digitech) higher than the GT6B and XT Live. I wouldn't part with my AX300B for love or money, but it doesn't do the recording/looping stuff that the Digitech does. BTW, Victor, my Californian Kingsnake says hello
I'll certainly put up a review once I've given it a good trial. I wouldnt mind trying the ax3000b as well so may have a look at getting one to try. What type of King do you have? I've been on the look out for a black and white banded king for a while. but i picked up this little stunner today. Shes the new girl for my male. Give em a couple of years to get to size and I will be breading them. Shes a Brazilian Rainbow Boa
 19.
Nice one! Mike! You'll enjoy this...
Cheers Finn, i hope so lol. I've had 3 GT6B's and ME50B's I thought it was time I tried something else.
 20. I have to say Im very tempted. I was looking for something to practise at home, but this may do the live thing as well. Can you bypass the unit with one pedal?
 21. Cheers Steve, thats what Im thinking to be honest. I can always get a pc based drum machine? I do like the look of the Tascam things, but the realiability seems to be a bit suspect. Mike

 23. Id be really gutted if it was the laptop, having just replaced the last one I broke by standing on it!! lol Its the mixer thats buggered. I've tried just plugging the bass into the line in socket but dont seem to be able to get a signal, not sure why. Thats why I was thinking along the lines of a usb interface. or even firewire. but I would like a drum machine as well. which was why I liked the look of the Boss Micro BR. 4 track recorder, with built in drum machine and effects.
