1. BUMP will still trade for a Lakland Dj 4 or Sadowsky Metro/Tokyo with some cash your way. Other Jazz Basses considered.
2. You already know John, but Im in....
3. Well Ste, if all goes well this week the head will be for sale seperately. Cheers Mike
4. Well TBH I hadnt heard of the X3 till just now and would be interested to try one out.
5. In the past I've been prettymuch underwhelmed by the stuff. I had a Bass Pod Live for a while and although the amp models and distortions where ok the effects where rubbish IMHO of course. Where as the GT6B has always impressed me, I had 3!!!
6. TBH I was expecting it to be around £500 so any less is ok with me. I'll certainly be buying one when it comes out.
7. Strange one really last night, firstly it was a Christmas party!!! Secondly they had 2 rooms, both with seperate Dj's. Luckily we where in the bigger castle like room, built in the 16th centrury, the walls where covered in Sheilds and Jousting 'Sticks'!! First set was a real slog. no one seemed interested even the DJ had trouble getting people up. But the second set was rocking, everone seemed to be digging it. Even had a very scary lady feeling the singer up.
8. Just a heads up that the GK may be for sale on its own soon. So any interest in the amp? Id be looking for £400 inc the flightcase.
9. I had a watch of Time and To Feel Free. I thought the band sounded good, and I like your bass tone!!! Well I did once I plugged some headphones in, arent laptop speakers crap!!
10. Weekend BUMP, any trial welcome, and I do believe anyone that plays this bass will be VERY impressed with it.
11.
It's £297 here http://www.mveducation.com/invt/48566/
Wow thats cheaper than i thought!!
12. Well I sold my ME50 B to get another GT6B, all ready to get one then the email came from Boss, went and had a look and decided to wait for one of these. For me the GT6B was the best effects pedal I'd owned so these must be good.
13. I was looking at these last week, I'll get an email from Roland when they come into the Uk. Cant wait...
14. John, I've sent you a pm Re the Trade offer. And thanks Al, I may have to take you up on that. I've been told NOT to get rid, b ut we're trying to get the stage volume down and stick everything through the PA so do I really need this rig?? The other option is sell and buy a MArk bass 2x10 combo.....
15.
So your not interested in the trade+cash? I already have a couple of people who are interested in my head and another for the cab, so if you are after straight cash I could do that as well.
Thanks for the trade offer, but I dont really want to go the GS112 route. Cash is always good!!!
16. Cheers Stu, yes its 5.3ohms. VERY loud. I've had a few poms asking if Id sell rather than trade, I would sell but would only be able to sell if both the head and cab have buyers. So the cab £500 and the head £400 inc Flight case.
17. I had a King Bass for a short while, loved it sitting down but couldnt play stood up for the same reasons that have already been said previous. traded it to Eubassix who made a huge profit on it on ebay a month or 2 later!!! Gutted!!!
18.
Agh mike, What Are you doing to me!
If it helps, it sounds HUGE with the Lakland!!!!
19. since the band are now sending everything through the PA I find I dont really need this powerfully loud rig, so I thought Id see if there is any interest. Im looking to trade the entire rig for something smaller. Either a combo, has to be lighter than the UL310 @ 47lb, or a head cab. Maybe Mark bass head and 2x10. I would also consider trading the Head for a Mark Bass SA450 (straight swap) or a LM2 (+cash from you)
20.
Hi, is the bongo sill available?
I've had a bit of interest but no firm offers yet, so it is still available. Cheers Mike
21. I wanted to start a new ad as my other one got a bit confusing. Bongo 4 HH for sale £700. OR I will trade for a Lakland DJ 4 or Sadowsky Metro/Tokyo with some cash your way. The Bongo is in excellent condition and only has the usual Bongo headstock chips. Double Humbucker and 4 (yes 4) band eq. Controls go Vol - Pan - Low mid/High mid - Bass/Treb. Punchy as hell, and will cut through any mix. Pretty much a marmite bass on the looks department. Im onr that doesnt like the look of the bass, but they play and sound SSOOOoooo Good. Only for sale now as I have an opportunity to get a dream bass..... Also comes with special edition leather bound hardcase. Chips
22. AAA yep Need no, Want YES!!! Batteries last ok. I used to put a new set in at a gig then would get 3 or 4 rehersals in with them aswell.
23. Sorry mate, forgot about this. The cover is grey, not found the frequency yet though.
24. Im sorry I forgot to mark this as sold.
