The Tech 21 Bass Fly Rig has a Muse pre-set in the manual. It sounds like an angry 10 foot bee with a headcold. Not sure how close that is to the Muse bass sound as I'm not an officianado.

Noisy punk/power pop originals band. Drunk woman stood right at the front shouted 'play something by the Eagles. Don't you know any Eagles' all gig. Boyfriend standing behind her who liked like Ronnie Kray just stared at us menacingly all gig. Very unnerving. South African bloke shouted 'Stop playing this *** and '*** my mind with some Guns n Roses' for ages. Introduced all songs for the second part of the gig as Guns n Roses B sides and unreleased tracks. He changed his opinion of the band and loved all the GnR stuff!

Bizarrely Wilko Johnson & the Feelgoods were the backing band for Heinz.

I've been putting up with sunburst on my P bass since I bought it new 2007. I can take no more. I fancy going alpine white. But as the bass is quite well used maybe finished to reflect the state it's currently in. A pristine body when the rest of it is looking second hand would feel a bit odd to me. I hesitate to use the word relicing but it just needs to be lightly bashed up to match. I have no idea where to go to get it done or how much it would cost. I'm based West London in the week and the Fens most weekends so if there's somewhere local to there that would be good.I don't want to ship it. Any recommendations?
