1. Nice Liked that
2. I'd say alot of bands start out with this misguided enthusiasm. Just some of those turn out to be The Rolling Stones etc. Confidence and enthusiasm ARE important for successful bands. And everyone gotta start somewhere
3. I've voted. Some great entries again. Some even cooler effects Nice work
4.
Guys, play nice up there. Seriously, thankyou very much to FuNkShUi for posting my noodlings above. And yes, do check out the diaries if you get the chance. I post updates in the thread whenever a new entry is posted. marksdiaries.wordpress.com
Nice one Mark If you haven't been reading the diaries, i'd recommend giving them a read. I've found them really entertaining
5. I like your style. I have my outfit ready to help ....
6. Well, i thought i'd pointed out that's why i asked for them... Evidently not. . . or not well enough at least. May have to remove that one shortly if he'd prefer not to have it in here Im too keen, what can i say??

11. and who doesn't love a bonus entry???
12. Ah ok, thanks
13.
Helix. It's brilliant. And the UI is so far ahead of the others it makes the instruction manual redundant.
Excuse my ignorance, but what's a UI?
14.
Really liking this one. There's a few sounds, ideas that interest me. Good noodle.
Thanks for that. I played around with a few different time signatures within this noodle so didn't know how it would go over
15. Loved that Nice one
16. Sounds great in the mix! Just goes to show sometimes it's worth sticking with things. Happy for you that it's worked out!
17. We have a great drummer 90% of the time. Its as if in some points of the sets, on the easier songs usually, and he slows down. It's really frustrating, as going slower can really make a good song just drag. I've noticed it always happens when we play "September". Talk about killing a great song. I now force the speed along myself. It's like i say, he is a good drummer, so he hears whats happening and comes with me. Guess it was just a case of making him aware he was doing it
18. Here's mine for this month: https://soundcloud.com/tona-fied/noodle-4 Apologies for the 2 second run over. Would have re-recorded and not put that slide in the ending, but had to do it quick this month or i wouldn't have had an entry. Hope i can be given just a warning Warwick streamer recorded straight into garage band. 9% reverb. Latin feel to it. To me anyway. Hope you enjoy
19. Cheers both
20. That's excellent. Thank you. I think the small desktop mixer will be perfect. I was worried about the signal from each instrument being "live", but i can mute them on-board and individually, as i finish with them for each particular loop. Thank you
21. I previously posted this in a different section but didnt get any replies, so though i'd try here. Hope that is ok... Ok, i'm probably not going to describe this very well so bare with me.... So i do acoustic guitar shows, where i use the TC Electronic ditto 2 looper. But this question applies to any looper or pedal. I was thinking about how could i possibly use more than one instrument into it, other than actually switching leads in and out? So for example say i wanted to layer vocal harmonies, electric guitar, acoustic guitar and bass.... But there's only one input....... So is it a case of having to switch each out, or is there a better way? I'm thinking a bank of inputs, where each channel can be individually muted, and connect to the pedal through a single 1/4" jack? Orrrrr.... is there a far more elegant solution that i'm not thinking about?
22.
I've tried telling them that nobody uses stereo, but it's just in one ear and out the other. no ? maybe ?
I enjoyed
23. Ok, i'm probably not going to describe this very well so bare with me.... So i do acoustic guitar shows, where i use the TC Electronic ditto 2 looper. All is well. Great pedal. Does what i need. I was thinking about how could i possibly use more than one instrument into it, other than actually switching leads in and out? So for example say i wanted to layer vocal harmonies, electric guitar, acoustic guitar and bass.... But there's only one Stereo input....... So is it a case of having to switch each out, or is there a better way? I'm thinking a bank of inputs, where each channel can be individually muted, and connect to the pedal through a single 1/4" jack? Orrrrr.... is there a far more elegant solution that i'm not thinking about? Edit to say if this should go somewhere else i'm more than happy for it to be moved
24. Enjoyed that. Glad i clicked on the link
25. Being motivated to learn is the main thing here. If you want to learn, you will. All the concepts and theories will sink in, it just wont happen overnight. Stick with it
