7. I bought this off Rasta, and it is very much unchanged since i bought it, so i hope Rasta doesnt mind, but ill use his pictures and words..... So this is my home assembled Bitsa P (assembled by Rasta) , well i think its a rather decent spec which cost me around the £300 mark to do, i guess i value it somewhere around there ish:

Nice light relic body, nothing scary! Not sure of origin, think its alder but not 100%...certainly not ply crap.
Might mighty, Lic by Fender maple neck with 70's decal added by the supplier, lightly varnished...was planning to get an aged tint but not got around to it.
Proper 70's cream Dimarzio pick up with adjustable pole pieces...good piece of proper vintage kit this.
Some vintage wiring loom from B/C's genius Kiogon with some old school russian capacitor thing, gives good tone.
Aged P knobs (dull crome)
Quality Schaller tuners.
Decent bridge, not sure of origin.
Fender neck plate.
This is a great players Precision bass and plays lovely with low action. I've obviously gone for a 70's replica ish look bar the change of better pick up, which is actually from the 70's. There was a small gap in the neck pocket on assembly which i shimmed with card, nothing to drastic but it keeps it tight.Obviously its the right one in the pic below. There are some more detailed pics in this link but when it had a previous pick up prior to the now fitted cream Dimarzio. 9. Some good stuff on here. I think my favourite bassline ive written AND recorded is here: http://www.myspace.com/theomegablend Its my old band, and im on all the recordings, but my favourite is a song called Funk Shui (hence my name). Not because its especially good, but because i just really enjoyed playing it with the other boys in the band at the time. Hope you enjoy too
 10. That was fooking great. Wicked groove
 11. Really enjoyed that. Good stuff
 12. Just bought a Warwick Streamer from Martin. Easy transaction that was completed from start to finish in 3 days! Bass came extremely well protected. Martin is a great guy, have no worries about doing any business with him
 13. Yeh i think some people on youtube and such like to try and confuse you and explain things in more difficult than necessary terms. Makes them feel clever or something! If you are starting to delve into the theory why not have a lesson? Can point you in the right direction! Alternatively, Scott Devine always produces great instructional videos for all levels
