1. Sounds to me as if your putting this rig together from things youve heard, or what you think will sound the best? I dont know i might be wrong. Have you tried all this gear yet? As great as it all is, and sounds, you might get it, and it might not be what your personally looking for. I went through plenty of gear looking for what i thought would be best, or more accurately what i heard, would be best for me. Its down to personal preferences.

This is also brand new, with charger, but without and without instructions. Ive used it at one gig and lost the instructions there. It is however very easy to use, and im sure instructions can be got from the source audio website. The product is this one: http://www.thomann.d...s_ring_pack.htm I paid £100 for this and would like to get £60 for this. If you would purchase both together, id sell them for £120. Thanks for looking, any questions are welcomed Kert
3. Try listening to some completely new music. What you listening to? Maybe people could help you with recommendations for some new music for you?
4. Hi quick question for anyone who has experience in playing in standard D tuning. What string gauge would you use? Ive got a Sandberg JM4 that ive always used in standard tuning, but due to a new project, im required to drop the tuning down. I can do this with the strings i have, but was wondering if it would benefit me to use thicker strings? Cheers in advance
5. yep, travel up to Cardiff to see Jon
6. Ive got the BEF and the multiwave distorton pedal. I have a wireless hot hand too. Ive had about 6 Hours playing with them this weekend, and im still no closer to figuring it all out. Wicked fun, although im sure my neighbours wont agree!
7. Cheers mate, ive spent hours on it this weekend. So much you can do! Ill have a dabble with your settings next chance i get
8. Cool video Nice phrasing Nuff said
9. I love garageband. Had it for about a year, and learning new stuff all the time! Out of interest, what do you use for your drums? Do you just use samples of garageband? Make your own on Midi? Or do you have another programme that you take samples off and load into garageband?
10. Its all opinions though aint it? I agree alot of the stuff on youtube is terrible. The groove is lost to the percussive "efforts". But like its been said, there are some players who i like who still like to add the technique into certain parts of songs, and for me, that works! The other thing is that someone earlier mentioned that pub crowds and such will not be particularly impressed with some arpeggios or jacoesque bassline, but pull out a few bars of thumping the E and they go bonkers! May not make sense to many people on this site, but when its them paying to watch you, you gotta try make them enjoy it right?!
11. Ah ok, ill have to set up a facebook page i guess!! Cheers for the advice though
12. I had a USA 75Ri jazz, i havent got that anymore. I have still got my Sandberg JM4. I love them and would advise anyone to at least try the Bergs out. Its a beast, punches through the mix better than anything ive previously had.
13. Hi Just looking for some advice/tips on how best to run these two pedals to get the dub step kinda wobble. I have got the hot hand too. Have had a quick fiddle for an hour before work today. Planning on having a proper whack on them this weekend. Anyone got some tried and tested setups for me to have a play with? Thanks Kert
