Selling my Roadstar II MIJ Fretless from 1984. Built like a tank. Passive J6 dual humbucker bass with push-push coil tap switches for any combination of the four coils. Tons of output. Controls are Bal and 2x Vol with coil tap for each. Single coils give a Fendery Jazz like tone, but for me it really comes into its own as a Fretless with the thick, warm humbuckers on that make it sing. This has plenty of dents and scratches, but mostly around the body edges, looks pretty clean from the front and the neck is virtually unmarked, as is the lovely rosewood board (see pics) The neck on these is really special I think, very playable. Strung with fresh D'Addario chromes These seem to have acquired 'vintage' status recently, there's one in the Gallery for £695, I'm asking a very reasonable £250, or £275 posted.
