Fantastic sounding bass but I'm going back to passive basses - anyone got a nice CV Jazz they want to trade?
Lovely sounding and lovely condition - may have the odd mark here or there as it's been gigged but nothing 'orrid!
Price for sale/trade: £185
Collection from Halifax (West Yorkshire) is preferred but I would post at £20 to cover the packaging materials, courier cost and my time.

Hi folks,
An after a 70s style Jazz bass decal but was thinking something like 'Made in Halifax' would be fun too.
Is eBay the best place to get something or can you guys recommend anyone? Does anyone offer them already cut out? I'm such a twerp when it comes to stuff like that!
Cheers,
James
Hi Steve,
I've never played one of those Yamahas but looks like a solid thing!
Question for you if you don't mind, is the top flat or is there a forearm contour?
Cheers!
Nothing mentioned here means it's necessarily a bad bass...
Don't let the (good natured) GAS-blocking put you off, if you don't like it, return it but it's your bass and only your opinion that matters!
That was my bass! Great bass and I chucked some GFS pickups in there so if it still has those in, it's even more of a bargain!
Only traded it in because I am a real tart like that...
After any trades? I'm local and have the following if of interest: Westley 5 string, Telecaster copy (very nice), Westfield Les Paul, Yamaha THR5, Marlin Strat, Lag Autumn Acoustic!
None for playing the music already written.
But if we are talking about the creation of new music with the same vibe, then RHCP would probably be my pick, closely followed by Cream.
