What can I use to make my sound "better"?
Moos3h replied to Herbie The Rad Dorklift's topic in Effects
Without wishing to sound patronising (although I think I will), look at your technique. That's a NICE setup, you should sound great - if you don't then it's very possibly your technique. That's not going to be only reason, but worth checking for sure! -
Had a wee change of heart there Moos3h?
Typing with one hand and half a brain = fail. I'd be ace on the Antiques Roadshow. "Urm, sorta green Vase? Probably worth about a grand or so.....now sod off, would ya? Top Gear's on." -

To someone that knows what it is and how good they are? £100-150 To everyone else that recognises the headstock name and doesn't get the chance to play it first (assuming it does play well like it should!), £80-100 Cheers, James -

Beautiful piano playing, lovely guitar work and great drums... ...ruined by hideous Jazz guitar. I LOVE the genre, but detest Jazz guitar with a passion.

Hi folks. I have for sale my project 'Natocaster' (check out the headstock!) - it's a Telecaster with quality upgraded bits. It started its life as an unsuspecting no-name from eBay, when I received it the frets were a joke, so Terry at TJC Guitars reseated, reglued, profiled and levelled them. Since then it's had: 1). Replacement machineheads 2). Wilkinson pickups 3). Brass intonation-correct bridge saddles 4). Control cavity screened. It's a LOVELY guitar and does the tele thing superbly, it's easily as good as a Mexican fender and holds tune and plays and sounds the part. It's not perfect, there are scratches etc as you'd expect and bare in mind that the decal was added by me so doesn't look 'factory' (although flattening the lacquer on the headstock/neck could probably make it so if you wished). What you're getting is a great project telecaster with good quality parts - for Crack Convertors money! I'm asking only £120 which is a steal - I challenge you to find a better playing tele for DOUBLE that! Collection preferred (St Albans), but can post at cost! EDIT: Advertised elsewhere Cheers, James

Hi folks, I have for SALE a TC Electronic BH500 Head and BC212 2 x 12" cabinet. BOTH items are about two months old and under warranty with Bass Direct. These things are AMAZING. Built in tweeter tone, spectra comp, presets and tube simulation - loads of power and pretty lightweight. The cab is EXCELLENT and has two custom 12" drivers and rear porting. Both items are in good condition, the cab has a few scrapes as these things often do but the head in particular is very tidy and still has the suggested settings sticker on it! I have the box for the head so could post, but not the cab. I am simply selling because I got an unbelievable deal on a old school Trace 4x10 combo which is the sound in my head! I am in Hertfordshire for collection / meetup. Looking for: HEAD - £250 - SOLD! CAB - £185 or £200 posted! Both items COULD be posted and I'd do a bit off if you bought the pair and collected. Good quality speakon->speakon is included should you wish! Pics on their way! Cheers, James
