1. As the title suggests, need to get this delivered from door to door, Wigan to Surrey. Any ideas on a company to use? I'm going to see if I can find the one that I used before but some suggestions on who to use or how to go about it would be grand! Alternatively if anyone is travelling that way sometime soon and would be able to act as Johnny Deliveryman?
2.
They also hinted that a 1000 watt terror would make an appearance soon ish but he could have been talking rollox
It's real, and already in stores! We've got them at GuitarGuitar. Unsurprisingly, they are very loud! As for the original question, the amp has selectable impedance meaning you can get a full 500W out of it at either 4 or 8 Ohms.
3. Do you think there's anyway of getting this delivered? I've found someone who is interested in buying what I have so could send you funds?
4.
How can I turn it down anymore?
Does this wife go to 11?
5.
lol - at £95 each, Sennheiser e845s aren't saving me much money (if any) over SM57s.
Sorry In that case, if you don't care what brand it says on the microphone, then get these. They are very good and you'd be fooled easily into thinking you were using the real thing! 6. Any boss bass pedal can be found in this unit. Perfect for covers when you need massive flexibility, or just someone that loves a lot of effects! Need to sell in order to fund a new amp. I bought this new last year for £250 and it's never been gigged and is still in mint condition. £150 for this box of magic including an owl to carry it to you. Who would like to be a wizard?
7. I have set my eyes on the booty that is to be plundered. Prices reduced to tempt those who have been PMing me in to buying! Get in fast!
8. I would suggest using Sennheiser e845s. Or if you want to go even cheaper then perhaps look at the e835 I think it is?
9. Would you be interested in a trade? I've got an Orange Bass Terror and Orange SP210 Cab listed atm for £700 so could do a swap if you fancy a smaller rig? EDIT: Just realised Wigan is a little further afield than I thought!
10.
no competition meant. let yours go first, i'll get in the queue
Sell your's first! I'm quite happy with mine, only want to trade it along with my cab!
11. Bankai

Bass cabs.

The Ashdown is deeper at the bottom and less defined at the top end I'd say.
12.
PRICE MATCH!!!!
13. Having heard the SP410, it does sound good and I'd be happy to use it, but undoubtedly the OBC410 will produce a better sound. The question is just would be happy with the extra weight and size?
14. Half of the total wattage, so 250W.
15. The PGX is the budget version of the transmitter/receiver. Same way as the PG58 is the budget of SM58.
16. Have got a few things here that I'm offering in an attempt to smoke out some new kit and satisfy GAS. Orange Bass Terror 500W Head. £350 SOLD It's perfect, really growly and damn loud! Not particularly looking to sell this but it'll be necessary in order to buy what I've got my eye on! Orange SP210 Cab [s]£350 [/s] £300 OR TRADE FOR AN APPROPRIATE 410/610 This isobaric cab is rather surprising. It's tiny, yet sounds big! I bought it because I was living in a really small room but I've now got more space so am looking to just get something massive! 600W RMS Ashdown MAG210T and MAG115 Deep £100 each BOTH SOLD These don't get used anymore. They were part of my old setup before I started using the orange gear. They are in pretty good condition and are the most recent version of the MAG series so have the upgraded drivers. Everything has got an individual price but if you buy both the orange head and cab you can have them for £600, or if you buy both ashdown cabs I'll knock £40 off the price! PM me!
17. Very interested in the SVT but until I sell what I've got up for sale I can't help you, sorry
18. Will be in again on Saturday and Sunday this week if anybody fancies a noodle.
19. In a studio you'll want a microphone that is as neutral sounding as possible. For live, I'd say it's not always the case. Hence using bass drum microphones. They'll get the bass more than a normal vocal mic will. Your DI is going to be getting the neutral signal, the cab microphone is there specifically to colour the sound with the tone of the rig and cab, and a scooped mic will pick up those extremities more. I've worked with enginerds that have been so picky with their microphones, using KSM9s for their vocals and shunning the SM58 completely. Yet they were still using a D112 or e602 for bass guitar.
20. I was considering a 6x10. How does it compare size wise? (and sound I suppose)
