  1. Owned from new. Purchased when my rig was stolen and it prompted a switch to an iem only set up. Although it has seen many gigs, apart from the first couple of rehearsals it has always been kept on a pedalboard and is still in good condition (see photos for scratches on side of chassis) Love the preamp, but have swapped to a line 6 for my function band as prefer the one pedal set up (and don’t love taking my pedals out to gigs where punters and their drinks aren’t always so respectful of the gear!) This is the original, slightly larger, chassis. When Trickfish released the second version I did check with them, and they confirmed it was only the housing that changed - there was no change to the preamps itself. Currently £685 new. I have the original power supply, but can’t find the original box currently. Price including UK postage. Collection also possible - nearby services include rownhams, chieveley, fleet, Winchester, Liss etc Description copied from new item listing: The Trilobite is an extremely flexible, high quality dual channel preamplifier paired with routing options required for modern gig setups. The Bullhead EQ section allows for a broad range of tone control including shelving EQ’s for the Bass and Treble controls and variable band pass EQ’s for the Lo Mid and Hi Mid. A parallel and series effect loop, along with two direct outputs, make the Trilobite ideal for the stage or studio. Whether it’s in a pedalboard setup or standalone, you’ll have the most versatile setup possible no matter where you are. Trickfish Trilobite Preamp Pre-Amp: Low noise solid state Mono/Dual Instrument Inputs: ¼’ Phone with rotary gain control Input Level Indicator: Signal level and Clip LEDs (green/red) Channel A EQ: 4 Band with switchable Mid Shelving Bass and Treble Low-Mid and Hi–Mid -Variable Gain, Band Pass EQ with selectable frequency/bandwidth options Channel B EQ: 4 Band Shelving Bass and Treble Low-Mid and Hi–Mid -Variable Gain, Band Pass EQ Master Volume: Rotary Control Channel A/B Footswitch FX On/Off Footswitch Mute Footswitch Line In: 1/8” mini jack Headphone Out: Stereo 1/8” mini jack Tuner Out: ¼” Phone jack Amp Out: ¼” Phone jack EFX Loop: Parallel with side-chain dry blend Insert Loop: Series Direct Out: 600 Ohm Balanced XLR, Pre/Post, and Ground Lift AUX Out: 600 Ohm Balanced XLR, Post EQ Power Requirements: 12V DC (250mA minimum)
  2. Hey mate would like to take your MTD off your hands have left a message on your ad

  3. Just added to their mailbox with this request
  4. MTD Kingston Z5 35” scale. Currently strung B-G roundwounds (unsure of brand, sorry). I am the second owner. Original owner purchased in early 2022 from Bass Direct, and I bought it Sept/Oct 22. I bought it in as new condition, and the condition is still fantastic - there is the tiniest mark on the headstock which I have tried to photograph, but it’s barely noticeable. Information from the advert on basschat when I bought it: Buzz feiten tuning. Zero fret. Asymmetric neck. 3 band MTD preamp. Dual split coil pickups. Burl maple top, mahogany core. 3.3kgs (I don’t own scales, but it is ridiculously light - part of the reason I bought it as I was recovering from a back injury). It’s an incredible bass, but I have a Zoot on the way, and no need or space for two backup basses, hence the sale. No case, so collection only. Located between Southampton/ Portsmouth - services at Rownhams, Liss, Winchester, Fleet, Chievely all convenient meeting places.
  5. 🤯I have the Agent 00Funk, and am often torn between selling it and holding out to be able to get a Brown Dog - one day! GLWS
  6. I wish I could offer for it - I want to downsize my pedalboard, and would love the 3Leaf. But need to shift my existing preamp or one of my basses to fund it
  7. Yeah, I was at Ronnies a couple of weeks ago and they had a DB750/751 on stage. And I’m guessing 2x 4*10 as I’m sure the amp was in between the two. Agree though - it sounded 👌
  8. I managed to pick up a 2nd hand Sei Flamboyant 5 string which I had to sell when moving houses (needs must). It’s the only bass I’ve owned that I wish I still had, it was a beautiful instrument. When I ordered my Sei bass many moons ago they were just about to send out a 5 string original single cut that was reviewed in bass guitar magazine. Last year it became available at Bass Bros - I wish I’d been able to purchase that, it was a stunning instrument both to look at and to play.
  9. @markorbit I’d be interested to know what you think of the Aguilar ag?
