The original 1990s Digitech Bass Whammy. Used but full working order. Sounds great - loads of fun, wacky noises. Team it with the synth I'm also selling! Includes (non original) power supply. (I think it's 12V AC) The side things have come off and have glue on them (not my fault) Velcro on the bottom. UK postage will be a tenner insured, you are welcome to collect from Bewdley (near Kidderminstter) and pay cash for free. Paypal friends and family if I'm posting please. Any questions, please DM me.

JD Bass Wah 105Q Sounds Funktabulous (technical term) The bottom plate is not original - I had it on upside down for reasons that are too dull to go into here. Come with the feet (not pictured) Bit scruffy looking, but perfect working order. Volume and Q controls, and some sort of trim pot on the inside. Used, but full working order - tested this very afternoon. UK postage will be £8 or you are welcome to collect from Bewdley (near Kidderminstter) and pay cash for free. Paypal friends and family if I'm posting please. Any questions, please DM me.

Boss Bass distortion / overdrive Used but good condition. The LED has been replaced with a yellow one to match the pedal, because I'm that sort of chap. Sounds mint - capable of everything from full on earth-shattering distortion to subtle slightly overdriven crunch. Full working order - tested this very afternoon. UK postage will be a fiver, you are welcome to collect from Bewdley (near Kidderminstter) and pay cash for free. Paypal friends and family if I'm posting please. Any questions, please DM me.

EBS Octabass. Early version, so no switch, just controls for signal and octave. Velcro on the bottom. Used, full working order, sounds great. In fact, it sounds PHAT and will kick you in the chest through a decent amp. Full working order - tested this very afternoon. UK postage will be a fiver, you are welcome to collect from Bewdley (near Kidderminstter) and pay cash for free. Paypal friends and family if I'm posting please. Any questions, please DM me.

Boss SYB-3 Bass Synth pedal. Used but good condition - peefect working order. Velcro on the bottom. 11 different modes, including square waves, sawtooth waves, autowahs, added distortion, frequency oscillators... all sorts. There's a sticker on the side that (sort of) tells you what each mode is. The LED has been swapped for a colour changing one - it goes red > green > blue. Looks great! Full working order - tested this very afternoon. UK postage will be a fiver, you are welcome to collect from Bewdley (near Kidderminstter) and pay cash for free. Getting practice right for the neighbours
StingRayBoy42 replied to Cat Burrito's topic in General Discussion
This thread makes me so grateful for my neighbours... when I asked if me playing my Sousaphone was too noisy for them, they said they liked hearing me play. Straight on the christmas card and Prosecco list! I never play anything before 10am or after 9pm, that seems reasonable. -
It's Sousaphone! And they're definitely the future, 'cos all the kids are into hundred year old jazz, aren't they?!

A gram of speed and a couple of decent Es, you'll soon get into it. -
+1 for Surgical Spirit!

+1 for the Fishman Platinum. I've got one of the old (Pro-EQ Platinum?) ones and it's a great bit of kit.

I bought a pedalboard from Kaiser_QTT and it was an easy, pleasant transaction. Cheers

I like an amp for home practicing - it feels more like the real thing to me. Laptop into decent hifi speakers for listening/playing along with. A headphones option is a good thing to have - most decent practice/bedroom amps have aux in and headphone out now, I think?

MINT! -
Ashdown Meters in ear headphones earbuds. Brand new, used once. They're lovely but they're not being used anymore. Made by the famous/hated Bass Amp manufacturers. They have a volume control that works on my Samsung S8 and a mic for phone calls. Complete with original box, carrying case and three different size squishy earbud things. Yours for the cost of postage

At soundcheck last night, My Markbass speakers both cut out. The FOH was getting signal from the DI out, but the speakers weren' working. Turned off and on sorted it for about five minutes, then it happened again. It's a CMD121P combo with an NY121 attached via Speakon. I unplugged the NY121 and the combo on its own worked fine all night. I play a StingRay through a Sansamp if that's relevant. Any ideas what could be causing this? Is it the speaker or the combo? EDIT: The combo is pretty old - made in Italy I think. There's no DI out level control. On the plus side, the gig was pretty good.

I like my Ernie Ball ones - had them on all three basses for ten (?) years and never had a hint of a problem.
